Bought this a couple months ago and I had to come back here to write a review. Oh my gawd, I am so happy with the suction. Never loses any power even if it’s sucking girthy dirty stuff. I would definitely recommend this to all my guys out there looking for a good suction vacuum! I use mine every night.

It’s a good vacuum. It’s a little heavier than my last one but does a good job on carpet and hardwood.

Great suction, just a little heavy and it takes time to adjust to the swivel base.

The first one broke within 45 days of purchase. Fortunately I read reviews and realized the possibility and purchased the extended Geek Squad warranty. Exchange was easy, thought about going to a Dyson but while in the customer service line I saw someone else had brought in a busted Dyson. So I stayed with this one because I like the dual self cleaning roller that works very well, and I like I can vacuum up bigger debris than a Dyson. I also have cordless Dyson 8 model. When my granddaughter drops Nerd candy on my hardwood floor the Dyson just pushes it around because the front is too low, the Shark sucks them right up. One thing that really irritated me is that Best Buy makes you purchase their Geek Squad warranty again when you exchange for a new vacuum. I don’t think this is right at all and the warranty should carry over to the replacement unit.

it has a light on the front, another when using the wand. The cup is easy to remove to empty the dirt. The power button is at the top, and allows you to change floor settings. The brush has a place to open on top to clean! Lots of great features. Easy to use. This is my favorite Shark I have owned!

I have wood, shag carpet and linoleum floors and three cats. Past vacuums never dealt with any one floor well. Always had gritty wood floors, definitely not anymore, since I’ve got this! This has power and does the jobs better than I ever expected. I found myself saying a lot,” I love my new vacuum!♥️“

Love the light handle. It is a nice upgrade from my previous Shark. Also, it is very easy to take apart in case of a clog or to clean the roller. Husband wanted this to help with our allergies. Watched several YouTube videos in researching this vacuum and hope to have it for as long as it will work.

Great vacuum for the money. It is a bit heavy but does well on my granite floors and area carpets

Love this Vacuum. I have had Dyson for over 20 years but decided to try this one. It’s a bit more awkward and heavy for my kids to use but I love all the lights to see where your vacuuming and the fact that you can’t take it apart to carry around and all the controls are in your hand.

Other than being heavy and not very good at vacuuming edges near walls it is really good. Self cleaning roller is OK too. My biggest complaint is the pet brush isn't included instead a cheaper upolstry tool that is nearly useless is what you get. I guess the Ninja/Shark CEO needed to get some more golf balls.

After our previous DuoClean Shark died we picked this up. It’s a testament to how well it works that after the horrible customer service I received from Shark we decided to go with another one. Great vacuum, terrible customer service.

Works great. Easy to use. Great for all the pet fur.

Totally worth the money very powerful and versatile

My husband brought this very expensive vacuum. I said to myself I wouldn’t brought that vacuum myself. But after he got it home and I used it I fell in love with it. I use it on carpet and my hard wood flooring. I was very amazed at what it can do. I LOVE this vacuum. By the way I would pay the price that my husband paid for it.

Best part about this vaccuum is that the hair doesn't get wrapped around the brush. Easy to go from tile to carpet. Also use it to vacuum out my vehicles and having the ability to break it down makes it easy to crawl around the inside and get those hard to reach places. Even gave this model as a Christmas gift.

I have had 2 of these and they always impress with the amount of suction versus other brands and the quietness. This will pull up dirt that other vacuums leave behind. One word of caution, on old carpet, it has pulled out the strings. So its powerful, just sometimes too much.

I have 2 long haired shepherd mix dog's that shed like crazy. This vacuum works great for me ,plus I can go from carpet to hard floors with a push of a button, the only down falls I have is the cord is very stiff and the bagless container is small ,but well worth the emptying several times, does a wonderful job.

I have 3 large dogs of which two are collies. Lots of hair everywhere. This vacuum is by far the best I have owned. It not only vacuums my area rugs it cleans my Bare floors great. It dusts them as well as picks up the tumbleweeds of hair! It is a bit expensive but worth it to me.

I absolutely love this vacuum. I’ve never known that one exists that will grab pet hair that is right up against the wall. I have a husky and not once has this missed a hair or had any tangled pet hair. It’s super easy to empty and the removable brush roll is super easy to clean too!

This vacuum is so easy to use, light weight and navigates easily around furniture. The suction is not as strong as my previous vacuum, but that is okay. This is more than adequate and I do not have to stop to keep pulling out corners of rugs or the end of a drapery. Very happy with this vacuum.
