Lots of power, great price. I was a Dyson customer that was tired of spending so much money, only to have a loss of power a couple of years after my expensive purchase. Even if the Shark loses power after a couple of years, I can still afford to purchase (2) more units for the price of a Dyson.

I really thought when the salesman was working with us that he was like a car salesman because he kept telling us this was the the top of the line. Price wasn’t as issue or deciding factor. Got it home Nd it was off the charts!!!! Highly recommend!!! 10 stars and the salesman was spot on.....

I will never buy another vaccum again! It's extremely powerful, picks up all our pet hair, and none of the hair (pet or otherwise) gets stuck in the bottom. It is also so versatile and maneuverable. I would HIGHLY recommend this product!

I hate vacuuming. This doesn't make me love it. what i do love is that unlike many of the lower priced vacuums, this thing is built with the consumer in mind. Easy clean up (you can get to the roller from the top!!!), and operation. I mean, it's pricey, but honestly worth it.

Purchased this to replace my Dyson Ball. Far superior vacuum cleaner. It picks up everything on my tile and hardwood floors and leaves them spotless. It also lays so completely flat that I can vacuum under by coffee table without having to take the tank off. Also the "headlight" on the both the head and the wand(s) makes cleaning much easier (pro tip turn the lights off when your vacuuming, the headlight will light up every piece of dust, dirt, etc. on the floor so you can vacuum it up). Highly recommend. My complaints are that it does not have as good edge pickup as my old Dyson and it's quite a bit less maneuverable (but that was kind of of the entire point of the ball). Also it has places for the attachments but one of the spots is for a attachment that does not come with the vacuum and you can't anything else in that spot so you can only have one attachment on the vacuum.

I bought a dyson pet vacuum awhile back and it can't even compare to how much better this is at picking up animal hair. The dyson if it got clogged took forever to take apart to clean this vacuum super easy to take apart to clean and cleans so much better! Well worth the money.

Love this Vacuum. I traded my Dyson for a shark a few years ago. Needed a new vacuum so we purchased this model. We have dogs and cats. The hair can be a problem. This vacuum picks up all the hair and it doesn’t get caught on the rollers. Great Vacuum! Well worth the price.

We purchased this in anticipation of getting new carpet. When we used it for the first time on the old carpet it was surprising how much lighter and easy to maneuver it was compared to our old one. And then how much it picked up compared to our old one. Glad we bought it.

Purchased this instead of the high end dyson after my father-in-law who owns both recommended it. Couldn’t be happier. Built like a tank, easy to clean. I wish the hose had a longer reach, but you can take the body off and use like a canister type vacuum. Highly recommend.

Purchased this vacuum a while back for a friend and let me just say, I do not regret the purchase. My friend loves it as well. Does what it says it does and the Zero M technology is perfect for my friend with long hair! Powerful suction, a nice capacity for dirt and debris, just perfect!

Tl;dr - Vacuuming floors of all kind was 5-stars. It truly was great for floors of all kind. Key word “was.” - Subject advertising on the warranty is minus one star. - an essential part failing within 2 years is minus one star. Now impossible to get a replacement. - the hose is like wrestling a python; minus one star. —-> result is 2 stars. Initially this was a great machine. Great job at vacuuming all floor types and only took one pass. The vacuum was great for all mess types as well (hair/fur, dirt, etc.). When I bought the machine, it was advertised with 5-year warranty, and also notes as such on the Shark website when you register the product. After about 18 months of general use, I noticed the rollers would stop working occasionally. Our home is mostly hard/flat surface (bamboo) with some area rugs. We vacuumed the primary living level (roughly 700sf) on a weekly basis, which is the most representative for explaining typical use. I called the support line and explained the situation. The line was very helpful and responsive and discovered the issue very quickly. The support line discovered that the issue was with the extension wand (the 3-4 ft tube that extends from the base/roller section to the handle), which over the vacuum’s use, developed a faulty connection with the base/roller part of the vacuum. I came to fine out that first, this piece is not included in the advertised warranty; only the central primary motor section of the vacuum is covered. The replacement piece is only $20 on the shark website, so not the end of the world, but still disappointing that they have the audacity to charge for a piece which is basically essential for the vacuums use. The vacuum is essentially worthless to me now because the replacement part is sold out everywhere, including third-party suppliers. My initial gripe was with the hose. After unboxing the product, assembling, and initial use, I noticed the hose was “tight” and not as flexible or stretchy as I had hoped. I figured after some use, it would relax and be easier. 18 months later, this hose is still insanely difficult to use. If you want to use the hand-held capability for furniture, good luck. It’s legit like wrestling a python because it’s so tough. If you just release the handle and try to use hand held with the vacuum upright: impossible. The hose will pull the vacuum down and the only way to use handheld is if you also release the “lift away,” meaning you need two hands to do what you would think would be a single handed task. Initially, the floor vacuuming capabilities were so good, I looked past this issue. My initial thoughts 18 months ago was the hose issue was worth minus one star, but the vacuum was still great overall and worth keeping. With all that said, I have no clue what to do. Either I wait it out for a new extension wand for $20-30, come back in stock. But who knows how long that will be. Or I go out and get a new vacuum.

I bought this vacuum after reading a bunch of reviews and the fact that my previous vaccum is a Shark. My previous vacuum still worked but was showing it's age. This is a great machine and cleans really well. Look at the amazon/best buy and youtube reviews if you need another opinion.

I love a good Shark vacuum. I thought the claim of no hair getting caught in the roller was too good to be true, but a month in to owning this vacuum and I still have not yet had to pull any hair off the roller.

I have a husky and my other vacuum struggled with picking up the fur. The Shark is my first one and I am simply amazed by it. It handles the fur with no problem. I would recommend you get one. You wont regret it.

The advertised benefits are not hype, picks up everything thing that our two dogs track in. The Zero-M isn't perfect but the rollers stay much cleaner than without it. Our dogs both shed a lot and this vacuum handles the hair without clogging up most of the time.

Read many reviews before purchasing. Wife loves the Shark vacuums. Many said pressure switch fails. Waiting to see. Has worked flawlessly since we purchased. Cleans well, handles well and we're very pleased. I hope I do not have to repair myself per the reviews.

So, I just picked this unit up today, and I'm VERY impressed with how much it picked up with just a few passes. The unit is lighter than previous vacuums I've had, and SIGNIFICANTLY easier to maintain. The way that the dust-bin detaches and empties from the main unit males for an easy, mess-free disposal of the dirt, hair, and whatever you've sucked up. The "Zero-M" tech is pretty dang neat too! Since my husband and I have long hair, the rollers in previous units. So, we don't need to worry about the roller getting completely tangled up with hair as often. On the note of clearing blockages, everything is very well laid out. So if there is some sort of blockage on the rare occasion you'd get one. It's a breeze to clean out. Another bonus. The unit is significantly more quiet than other vacuums I've used, so you won't bother others too much when you go about your business. The only complaint I have about this unit is when you're using the motorized head in the "Wand mode" It's not heavy enough to keep itself planted on the floor when you pull back, but such is the concession you make for keeping things lightweight. Overall, this seems like a really good product that will hold up well over the years, and it looks like Shark actually supports their products, as replacement parts are rather readily available, and are not too expensive to purchase.

Wasn't sure if this would be the vacuum would work in a multiple Siberian Husky home...It actually does really well. Still vacuuming daily with the robot vacuum and then the thorough on weekends. Heavier than I thought it would be. Good Purchase
