This vacuum is amazing!!! It performs exactly as advertised. And is extremely user friendly. We have hardwood floors, tile and throw rugs. It picks up all the dirt with no damage to any of the surfaces. Well worth the money.

I love Shark vacuums. The only fault I have with this one is it didn't come with a dusting brush, and the one from my old Shark doesn't fit. Other than that I love it. Great suction, easy to manuver, easy to dump the dirt bin; no problems what so ever.

Bought this to replace a Dyson Animal I had for over seven years. Great powerful vacuum! Cleans animal fur easily. Easy to maneuver around furniture! Love the longer cord, additional cleaning tools, and the lights! Highly recommend!

This vacuum is relatively light and easy to use. Instructions are well written and very easy to understand. This was a replacement for a Dyson that did not work after only several months. I love the Shark !

Had a Dyson (good vacuum), and I heard good things from people I work with about the shark vacuums. I decided to give this one a try, and I’m very pleased with its performance on all types of surfaces. I would buy it again.

This is probably the best vacuum cleaner for the price. The DuoClean dual brush-roll system gives carpets and hard floors a deep clean and a polished look. The suction is fantastic and it is simple to remove the contents that have been removed from the carpet or hardwood floors.

Traded my dyson for this shark within the first couple months (I would have done it sooner if it weren’t for the pandemic). Honestly I am so glad I went back to shark, it’s the best vacuums I’ve ever had and way less expensive than Dyson

We bought a Dyson before thinking more expensive, better product, and while this Shark isn't necessarily cheap, it's definitely cheaper than the Dyson and in my opinion a better overall vacuum. In fact, we liked it so much, this is the second one we've purchased.

Strong suction. Accessories provided constantly fall off their designated storage posts on the vacuum with the slightest bump. This is annoying. However, the vacuum performs its job perfectly.

This vacuum has exceeded my expectations. It is so easy to switch from hardwood floors to carpet and my carpet looks brand new. The main feature I wanted was the anti-hair wrap technology and so far I have no complaints! Well worth the money. I actually enjoy vacuuming now!

WoW!! This is one of the best items I have ever bought! It works so far past expectations.. It is easy to clean and easy to use in all of its variations!! It will get dirt from the carpet you would never know was there! Quiet and strong no problems as of yet!!

This vacuum cleaner has a lot of great features. I especially like how easy it is to empty the dirt cup. Easy to push, and it has “headlights” so you can see the floor easier. There are a lot of places in my house that the lighting is poor, so I like that feature a lot.

We purchased this vacuum off of the reviews and recommendations. It did. It disappoint. It cleans both hard wood and carpet perfectly. The tools are so very easy to use, it actually not a chore to clean. Save your money, this one beats Dyson in all categories!

Love the double rollers on this vacuum. I have to say I’m very impressed with this machine . I have had Dyson in the past , and I believe this one cleans better . Wish it had a dust brush included and a few more attachments with this purchase

I have a German Shepherd that sheds a lot and brings in dirt from playing outside. I had tried other vacuums and dust mops. They all left a lot to be desired as dog hair and dust were left behind on the hardwood floors. The Shark Apex Duo-clean does a fantastic job!

I am so impressed with this vacuum cleaner. Not only does it pick up great, but one of my biggest problems has always been my long hair getting tangled in the brushes. I have not had one hair get stuck in this one. I am amazed at how much it picks up!

I purchased this vacuum last month and had to return it the very next day. It was working great but stop working after 15 minutes of vacuuming. The power cord had a short and was turning off. Return this one and got the last one at Best Buy. The only thing I don’t really like is, the heaviness of this vacuum.

This vacuum works great with pet hair as well as girls long hair. The filter is easy to clean & attachments are easy to use. The only issue with this vacuum is that the cord knocks the pet hair attachment off the vacuum. That's just a minor complaint though.
