Great product price and easy to use light weight to vacuum anywhere

Bought this Shark vacuum a few months ago. It works really well! I would give it 5 stars except there's a couple of things I am still getting used to... One is the cord - I have to physically hold it up by the handle, because if I don't, it's too close to the floor and I am constantly running over it while cleaning. The other is the weight of it - it's a bit heavy (although I am not a terribly big person!) and it tends to feel "top heavy" sometimes when swiveling around a corner. However, I love the bag less system, and it did a great job on our carpeted stairs - would recommend!

First time in many years I've gotten an upright and love how easy it is to operate and how well it cleans both floors and rugs.

I love everything about this. It's easy to use. Glides across all floors easily and is pretty light weight for its size.

I do not recommend buying a shark. I was a previous Dyson owner and after 12 years decided to upgrade. I read reviews and there were a lot of good comments about Shark products. My vacuum is 1 1/2 yrs old and the beater bar is not working properly. I called Shark and they said it wasn't covered under the warranty and wanted to charge me. Then they said they would cover the part, but I would have to pay for shipping. Finally, they agreed to send me the part. I am very disappointed in their warranty and having to haggle to have a part replaced on an expensive vacuum. I do not recommend Shark and once this product dies, I will return to Dyson.

Alrighty. So I've been using the Shark Apex Lift-Away all through my home using all the attachments and trying out the different configurations of this Vacuum. WOW it definitely has Power! In fact It has so much suction I found it a little difficult to maneuver in some areas. The Motor sound was quieter than I expected so that was very nice. The power cord was long enough to reach across the room. The on/off button and the floor settings are on the handle. Both are an easy thumb reach distance. There are 3 floor settings with a lit indicator to show what is selected. The roller and brushes adjust speed as well as suction for each setting. This vacuum has some very cool features. I was really amazed with the teeth that clear the brushes as they spin, Seriously, the Best Vacuum feature EVER!!! The Headlights are bright and well placed and they also blink when the brush cover is not securely in place. There are several Release buttons for: The Handle, Wand, Lift-Away Canister, Dust Cup & Brush Cover. ALL are easy to see & push. ALL have a Great Click sound when reattached properly. This vacuum comes with several attachments. There is a Crevice Tool, it works well. A Pet Multi Tool, it works well. A Powered Pet Tool, it was a little awkward and bulky but it worked well. Finally a flat Dust Brush. I was less than impressed with it. It just didn't leave any of the surfaces I tried it on clean. The Dust Cup Released from the unit easily & I really liked that I could open both ends to clean it out. It made it really easy to wipe out when I was done vacuuming. Overall an Excellent Vacuum! Since I'm not a young chicken anymore, I found the weight of the unit and the powerful suction combined made it a little difficult to push back and forth. In other words, it didn't glide along because it was grabbing the carpet (in a good way, not chewing it up!). It wore my wrists down. For the under 60 crowd this shouldn't be much of an issue. For those over 60, it might be a little bit of work but the results were amazing. I'll consider it my personal workout. :)

This vacuum has plenty of power. It's compact for storing and moving. Only drawbacks are accessory storage and cord management.

Works better than I expected. The carpet are seriously cleaner. Still amazed by how much dirt and hair it picks up.

Love this vacuum! I've had a Dyson and other Shark vacuums and this is the best vacuum ever! Suction is amazing!

Really like the dual heads for both hard wood and carpeted floors. Easy to use and not too heavy.

I have 4 shark vacuum’s now and Love everyone of them! They are light weight and pick up better than any other vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. Have tried every brand and nothing compares to a shark! Bought one for my sister ( which she has 2 Golden Retrievers) and she’d terrible and she loves the shark also! Also bought one for my niece who had 3 dogs and she was in shock after only using just once how much hair she vacuumed up! She said she will never own any other brand now!!

I love the two brushes and don't get me started on the hair remover. I don't have to cut all that nasty hair off the roller.

Had a dyson V7 and got tired of the battery always dying. Needed something for carpet and stairs. This vacuum was perfect. Powerful vacuum! Love the fact that you can remove the canister from the vacuum- making things like stairs, furniture, cars, etc... super easy to vacuum with the attached tools. Pretty lightweight as well. All in all a good vacuum for the money, and no need to worry about a battery dying mid way through a job.

Great vacuum for the price, picks up so much better when compared to the dyson vacuums. Love all the extras too!

Had it for three weeks. picks up the dog hair great, so far no tangles in the brush bar. Dusts the hard wood floors nicely.

Very versatile, from tile floor to carpet, great for stairs.
