Best vacuum ever!

Very power and easy to use and switch between modes. It’s a little on the heavy side for younger or weaker individuals. I am a professional house cleaner and this is my go to machine for all jobs- both at home and in the field.

This was purchased when our old awesome Shark finally died but We will continue to look for a better replacement. Hardwood floors don’t feel clean after using this vacuum. Suctions is fair but I prefer the old Shark’s dusting cloth attachment.

Read the One-Star Reviews Before Buying

Apparently, these vacuums are prone to broken brush rollers, and no parts on them are repairable. On top of that, the warranty does not cover the brush roller. I called Shark and was told I would have to buy a new roller plus shipping (a "special" deal--around $60). I have to wonder if the new one will last only a few months also, so now I have a useless non-working vacuum. This was the most expensive vacuum I have ever bought, and I am extremely disappointed. I will not be buying another Shark. Glad I kept my old WindTunnel.

Quiet Multi-floor vacuum

Low profile head makes cleaning under furniture easy. I like the manuveribility of the swivel by wrist rotation, but my wife lacks wrist strength to control it easily. A great Valentines gift since she never has to vacuum again!!
