Good vacuum. Some of the construction - such as tool holders - is not well thought out - but that does not effect the operation. This is one of the more expensive models - but works as well as our older Dyson - and hopefully will last longer than the 3 years for the Dyson.

I needed a new vacuum cleaner and read up on various ones. I love that this one has two rollers and it can handle pet hair. Wish it had a bigger container but otherwise this product really does the job.

We have a German Shepherd who sheds terribly. Before purchasing this vacuum we had to go over the same spot numerous times which still left hair! This vacuum is one and done! We love it and it’s light weight to carry upstairs!

We just put a wood laminate floor in and this is the vacuum for that. It swivels with the best. In fact this may be the best. Highly reviewed. Sturdy and light.

Beware...the AZ1002 does not include the pet “power” attachment as states on the box. The pet attachment included was air driven not power driven and didn’t fit to store on them vacuum. I had to purchase the extra “power” tool from shark for $50. Otherwise vacuum works well.

I upgraded from a Bissell that I’ve had for over 15 years, and I can honestly say I’m not disappointed. After months of research the vacuum does live up to the hype. No complaints here.

This has been one of the best vacuums I have purchased. It picks up all the pet fur. Also, any long hair that is left behind by family members I no longer have to clean off the brush because new technology doesn’t allow long hair to wrap!

Works great! Picks up cat hair on hard surface really well. Manuevers easy and is lightweight. Has very long cord, which is good. However one of the attachments does NOT seat properly on the mounting post.

This vacuum was pricey but worth it. It is made a of solid plastic that doesnt "creak" or bend. There are many compartments and attachments to reach odd places. Also it has 3 modes for different floors like hardwood, low carpet, and thick carpet. Good buy but it hurt my wallet.

I used this about once a week for 7 months. It worked great. But suddenly, the rollers stopped turning so I called Shark. They said the floor roller assembly was not covered under their warranty. And they offered to sell me another one for $90. UM, WHAT!? Your machine broke after a few months of light use (I only have an 8x10 rug- the rest is wood floors) You would think for the price you pay for these they would work for many many years and if god forbid, it broke, that they would stand behind their product. Instead, they wanted me to drop another $90 into their crappy product. So can vacuum another 7 months? No thanks. Sorry- no more Shark products for this lady.

This vacuum is working amazing. It does everything and more than I thought it would. I love that it has a a detachable handle to get the hard to reach places in tight corners. Overall the vacuum is wonderful.

After some research I ended up closing this for me and I was impressed. I use it one carpet and hardwood flooring and I can't see myslef using anything else. Great design, very powerful and versatile.

Love this thing. My other one died after 4yrs. I Vacuum my place 5 to 7 days a week. So this thing is a tank for sure. Buy the warranty and renew it when Time comes. You won't be disappointed.

I knew the first time I vacuumed this was an excellent purchase. It is very well designed and the features to can use to get high and low areas including crevices. I love this set up and design.

I have owned this for a few weeks and love this thing. Had 3 Dysons before claiming to be "Pet Hair Eliminator" but none did the job this one does it is a great vacuum. It picks up everything! Love it, worth the money

This vacuum cleaner replaced my old system and the performance is much superior to the older day vacuum cleaner! Can remove the handle to be able to clean furniture and get into tough corners!

I am very happy with my purchase! It picks up sooo much dust it's unbelievable. Registering the product was an easy process. I picked up the next day at Best Buy as well very easy to do.

I highly recommend buying from bestbuy! They always have what I'm looking for at a competitive price. The shark brand vacuum's are some/ if not ALL, the best out there for the price and quality.

Great Vacuum. This one is my second one due to divorce. Since she owns the other one it has broken down cause she has daughters that shed like a cheetah so it gets clogged. Uh Oh too bad for her.

I loved this the first time I used it. That's where the love ended. From the 2nd time forward for the next 7-8 uses I had to flip it over and clean the brush. I have a golden retriever and this is advertised to do well with animals and self clean. That is not the case. You will need to manually clean the brush each time and even at that, the hair gets wound up in the sides behind the guards on the brush, and there is no way to get behind there without destroying it. I consulted the manual and it is not a serviceable area without killing the warranty. After 7-8 uses and then the brush no longer moving (though I could move it with my hand) I gave up and stuck it aside, I went back to using my aged dyson animal vacuum. My Dyson was tattered after 7 years but at least works satisfactorily coming out of retirement. I called customer service today after letting the Shark sit a month so I can revisit it. The Shark website isn't the easiest to navigate but I managed to get what I needed. The phone menu was mediocre at best but I managed to get to support. After 2-3 minutes of troubleshoot, and explaining the history, I'm told I needed to buy a $90 part plus $20 shipping. After complaining about the 5 year "VIP" warranty, support offered to cover the part (which is explained to be a consumable and not covered by the 5 year warranty) and then I play $20 shipping. That was the best they were going to offer according to the representative, so I agreed. Following another five minutes arranging the replacement, support tells me "there is so much demand on that part, we do not have any in warehouse and it will take 4-6 weeks". I pointed out that this vacuum model must be flawed if everyone is having to purchase this particular part which renders the vacuum useless without it, thus instilling a feeling of regret for trying this brand based on the advertising. Overall, I paid about as much for this Shark as I did for my Dyson Animal (when the Dyson was on sale) and my Dyson lasted 7 years, the Shark didn't really even make it 7 days before I was having to service it and clean it manually. Big mistake buying this vacuum, it may perform OK without and animal in the house but it is advertised to handle my needs. Summary: 5 year VIP warranty = useless, doesn't cover critical parts Customer Service = weak, foreign and not as good as others Parts = Not available on such a popular model
