    Got this to help with pet hair, have a lot of stained concrete floors in house and it does a great job, also good on rugs.

    This is the best Vaccum I have ever owned. This vacuum picks up small and large debris on all types of floors including tile.

    Works great hair does get slowly wrapped up but nothing at all near what a normal vacuum woukd have.

    This vacuum started off awesome. But here is the problem. The foam filter that is below the dust bin get seriously clogged really quickly. I have to vacuum the filter ( I had to buy a shop vac) after every use. I called the manufacturer and they said to use shampoo to wash it, then dry it for 48 hours. So basically I can only use it every 3 days. Also the foam has started to break down, most likely due to the destructive power of dirt particles. I am seriously disappointed with this machines design. Its horrible!

    It has worked good as of now. The only thing I dislike is that the cord and tools fall off when removing the canister. It is really annoying
