    We used our Shark Apex with Zero-M technology for three cleanings. It somehow was clogged in the lower portion and over heated within 30sec. The unit wouldn't work after that. We were going to exchange it the next day for another one but we gave it another shot before we left and it began to work. Just FYI to any future buyers, in case you have a similar problem. The vacuum has worked ever since.
