I was not disappointed. Easy to set up and use. Worked on the carpets, couches and stairs Cleans up quickly. That’s all pretty much what I’m looking for in a shampooer.

We thought we had our area rugs cleaned before we moved, but the company just rolled the rugs up and wrapped them without cleaning them. When we unrolled the rugs it was quite obvious they had not been cleaned. We used the Shark CarpetXpert with the Pet cleaner and wow what a difference!! Highly recommend !

The machine works well for what it’s for

My only complaint is that the place where the dirty water goes in gets filled up very quickly so you constantly have to empty the tank to keep using it other than that machine is pretty good
