It works well. Cleans well. Wish the tank was bigger. Sometimes you waste cleaning solution if you want to rinse because you have to mix up a whole tank.

I could not have asked for a better carpet cleaner. I have to two Australian Shepherds that shed and tract in dirt. This carpet cleaner removed any stains I had. I would buy it again.

Updated model from our previous handheld cleaner. Being a bigger all in one, offers more power and options. We have two dogs and a cat, ranging from 8 years to 3 years. Lots of accidents, from puppy life, fur balls and just normal traffic. Shark has always provided quality products, I hope they continue to deliver.

I love the vacuum, you can tell the difference between the clean and not clean rugs. Easy to clean and attach the equipment.

This does an excellent job of cleaning overall, better than other big brands we have owned. Love the self cleaning option. If I had to make any complaint it is that the water reservoir is a little small.

We have cats who we are always cleaning up after. This works great. Love the way it cleans. My only complaint is how small the water tank is. You have to constantly fill it and empty dirty water. Wish they were bigger.

[Employee of bestbuy] We are very happy with this purchase! We narrowed a steam cleaner from a friend and it did a decent job, but then we cleaned again with this just 2 days later and the amount of grime it pulled up was shocking! It does take a little getting used to.

I have several dogs so pet hair is a major issue. This thing not only pulled up hair that my vacuum missed but did not tangle one bit around the roller brush. SUPER impressive, easy to to clean and handle. I could not be happier.

Overall great vaccum definitely gets the job done.

I have a small obsession with vacuums and shampooers, etc and I can say I love this one!! I haven't explored the self cleaning option yet but this is a keeper. 100% recommend!!

The steam cleaner is absolutely amazing and the smell of the cleaner is even better. I highly recommend investing in shark products. They never disappoint
