    I liked how it was very easy to start and stop for emptying the tank! I also liked how it sucked almost all the water leaving the carpet almost dry and dry an hour later!

    We bought this as a vacuum cleaner, thinking that it had all these other options for carpet steam and cleaning. Unfortunately, this is only a carpet steamer/cleaner. The outside box doesn't have any note indicating this is not a vacuum, but the manual inside strictly says that this is not a vacuum, and a vacuum needs to be used before this machine is used. We didn't use it, but we like the brand, so I am sure it works ok.

    I have a shark vacuum and was hoping this shampooer was as good. I was not disappointed. Easy to set up and use. Worked on the carpets, couches and stairs Cleans up quickly. That’s all pretty much what I’m looking for in a shampooer.

    This is the best carpet cleaner i have ever owned! I have purchased so many in the past, this is the only one that can truly clean up my animlas fur and accidents. I have 3 dogs, a cat and my 2 teenage sons and this thing can keep up with my weekly cleaning schedule. This is a must buy for any pet owner!
