    Not our cup of tea. This would be useful to a household that has somewhat new carpet or rugs. Our apartment unfortunately has some matted areas where there is high traffic and it was no good there. This doesn't mean it isn't a great cleaner, it means it just wasn't for us.

    Like it better than Bissel but, still needs improvement. Don’t like that you can’t control the solution. So every single time you pull the unit backwards, it dispenses liquid. So if you need to go over an area several times, the area gets liquid every time.

    Leaves the carpet wet do not recommend doing this during the winter! My home smelled sooo good after I cleaned with this vaccum

    Carpet cleaner is overall satisfactory but stain removal brush assembly is hard to use. Spray takes forever to come out of nozzle.
