Pretty dependable. Cleaning power is adequate but not as good as professional which is what I need sometimes for my carpets. Like the dual chambers for cleaner and icy-clean. Recommend it for common basic cleaning needs.

Used it for the first time on cleaning mt truck seats and it done a great job, can't wait to done the carpet in the house.

This would make the third actual wet, vacuum cleaner that I have purchased in the past two years and apparently this one uphold to its original name as shark always does

When I first bought this cleaner it did exactly what I needed it to do, but after my 8th to 9th use it stop shooting out water when i was trying to clean my area rug. The hand held part still works perfectly fine. I will be returning it for repairs. I need this machine because I havw 2 dogs and 6 people that live in my house.

You can vacuum your carpets 100 times and this thing will still clog and leave wet debris all over the place. Constantly have to disassemble to clear clogs and most of the water is just left behind in the carpet anyway. Now after only about 5 uses the thing is just shutting off a couple minutes into the job. Get something else.

Excellent Machine! Does a good job with spots on the floor and on my mattress. All spots were removed with no problems and I assume future spots will also be removed.

Awesome carpet cleaner! It has not one, two but 3 different size nozzles for spot cleaning!

I’m about to return this thing for the 2nd time. 1st time was a suction problem and now this thing pours water from bottom of anything is left in the tank (drains tank)

Not our cup of tea. This would be useful to a household that has somewhat new carpet or rugs. Our apartment unfortunately has some matted areas where there is high traffic and it was no good there. This doesn't mean it isn't a great cleaner, it means it just wasn't for us.

Its a really good scrubber!! My carpets look brand new!

 The best machine in the market 10/10 small problem with that liquid cleaners a little bit expensive 

I have only used it once but so far it's everything I expected.

Like it better than Bissel but, still needs improvement. Don’t like that you can’t control the solution. So every single time you pull the unit backwards, it dispenses liquid. So if you need to go over an area several times, the area gets liquid every time.

So far it’s worked well, like the stain remover tool that’s attached to vacum makes it convenient
