I would highly recommend this carpet cleaner for all of your carpet cleaning needs. My carpets looked brand new after cleaning. Easy to use. Love this brand as I also have the vacuum as well.

Very efficient and powerful, the different attachments all work well and its very wasy to operate. A little bulky, but not as big as other brands. Cleans very very well and super easy to maintain.

After watching reviews and researching, I pulled the trigger and made the purchase. I was not disappointed. Everything works perfectly and the suction is very strong. My only issue would be the size of the water tank. If you need toncover a large area, you will be making multiple trips to refill the tank.

I have a bissell, Hoover, and another off brand shampooer. I had dog urine, coffee and mud stains that I had tried so many ways to clean out of the carpet. Different cleaning agents, all 3 shampooers I have and nothing, I mean NOTHING would get the stains out. The smelled fine but stain was there. So, here is what I did…. I bought the Shark Mess Master and the CarpetXpert with StainStriker. I poured water on each spot, yes soaked it!!! Then took the new Mess Master and sucked all that water out and it was yellow yellow! Straight dog urine!! Then I let it dry overnight. Vacuumed with my shark navigator and then, I shampooed with the Shark CarpetXpert using the oxy multiplier formula and once I was done thoroughly shampooing I used the setting to do the super dry setting so that the carpet would be dry by morning. I was shocked that the carpet no longer showed any stains and to test I poured water on one of the known spot areas again and took the mess master to it and the liquid that I sucked up was clear!!!!! The combo of both, the shark double cleaning formula and the way the shampooer sucks up the fluid off of the carpet so powerfully is UNMATCHED! I have spent probably over $3000 in tools on the last 5 years and nothing compares to this shampooer. I am so happy with this purchase as I am with all shark products I own (vacuums, cordless vacuum, hair dryer, wet dry vac, shampooer). Shark is the very best!!!!

A powerful carpet cleaner that is a step above the competition. This was able to get out stains that my other carpet cleaner couldn’t even get close to cleaning. The functionality and ease of use is great. It was easy to setup and get started. My carpets look great without having to hire a professional cleaner.

This cleaner is simply amazing! I shouldn't be surprised since their Stratos vacuum is wonderful, but the power of this cleaner is beyond what I truly expected. Highly, highly recommended if looking for an at home cleaner.

Bought this when we got a puppy and it was well worth it. We used it frequently. It is easy to take apart and clean the dirt and hair out of all the parts, which was the downfall of my old one.

Best clean of any carpet cleaner my wife and I have owned. Very user friendly, self depositing solution takes thinking about when to depress the trigger out of the equation. Nice accessories and hose clean out set up. Wish the tanks would hold a little more solution/ water, but I know it was done to keep the weight manageable. Really liking the products Shark has been putting out.

I've been eyeing this carpet cleaner for a while now. I finally bought it, and I am so happy that I did. It cleaned my car very well and left a fresh scent. My old carpet cleaner would leave a distinct, mild odor. It is very easy to put together with very clear assembly instructions. There is no need to wait. Purchase it noe! You won't regret it!

Keep in mind this is a home carpet cleaner. Its not a professional carpet cleaner with an engine attached to it. So keep this mind when reading the review. This is designed well with how the hand held wand and the push "vacuum" are activated. Its easy to clean and pull apart as well as put to together. The simple side latch of up or down transfers from wand to vacuum. Thats designed well. Im dubious of printers and carpet cleaners that request to use their product, as its usually over priced. I cleaned a couch and my van carpet so far with this machine. Again, ots a home carpet cleaner and ot worked as described. I see this working better on fresh stains with the wand as well as dried stains with the vacuum. The cleaning product is good but after using product on carpet i went over with just clean warm water to lift up any residue and it worked well. Im pro shark anything as i feel they build a good product and can see having thia on hand is a good home carpet cleaner. Not a replacement for a professional carpet cleaner. But for spot and smaller areas it works 80% of old dried stain in ban, and probably the same for couch, but worked well on stripe of house carpet 98%. (Couch os linen and van is a work van with carpet).

This was great for cleaning my carpet upstairs. It runs through the diluted cleaning solution pretty quick though. Had to refill after each bedroom but the cleaning and scrubbing was great. Suction was pretty decent but took about 4 hours to dry with ceiling fan on. My favorite part it the ability to switch to handheld for stubborn stains.

Works well, well built. Easy to use and easy to clean.

So far, doing what it is supposed to do. Nothing to complain, I really like it. My carpet is always clean. However, it's big to clean under the bed.

Goos deep cleaning vacuum. It came with details instructions and online videos to help you set up and use. It cleaned my carpet well and the drying mood makes a huge difference on drying time. The only complaint is I wish it had a larger tank to hold the diluted water. I have a large size bedroom and I have to replace the water twice in order to complete my room and closets. I haven’t even started on the hallway and other room yet because the solution provided was such a small bottle. It’s only worth 2 uses. I have to go buy cleaning solutions to finish the second floor which is pretty annoying after spending so much on the vacuum itself.

Carpet cleaner does a super job! Large dog's accident cleaned great, with no stain left behind. The carpet cleaner is easy to use. Cleaning it after use was the most cumbersome thing, but I am a little on the picky side.

This carpet cleaner is great. Cleans sooo well. As others mentioned, the tank size for the dirty water is small but honestly not a big deal. Other than that, it works great.
