Cleans well, light weight , easy to use would recommend

I have had several carpet cleaners and followed all the directions each time but never really felt or smelled clean. But this baby runs like a dream! No trigger to pull pr push and bend back the handle to dump the dirty water- just put in warm/hot water and add the shark cleaner, turn it on ans go then you can switch modes to dry the carpet or chair. It smells wonderfully fantastic and dries gaster than the other cleaners. This is the most user friendly cleaning machine ever made !

Noticeable improvement on the first clean. It’s a small tank so thought it would require lots of refills, but it’s very efficient and the results are so much better than previous cleaners. Definitely worth the money spent.

I have had this carpet cleaner for about two months now on day 20 or so it started spitting dirty water out of the side all over the place and since best buy only has a 14 day return policy i was stuck with it. the suction on it is great but the small tank and having to make many many dump and refill trips just to do one small hallway isn’t fun and the fact i have to wipe off walls or whatever else because it sprays out the side i wouldn’t recommend this model

I really liked it, it was easy to use, however the water containers are fairly small. Once I was done, it didn't seem to get the odor out of the carpet. I'll still need to use a rug doctor from time to time. In the interim, this is very nice to use and handle. Good for light jobs.

I love it! It is really simple to use, my carpet feels so clean and looks refreshed. Only down side is that it is pretty heavy, so my arm gets a little tired when I’m cleaning all the carpet in my house. But otherwise totally worth it!

I would buy this again and again. It is perfect for those pet accidents; it is easy to get around my house, easy to operate and does a great job. I am a Shark fan, and this carpet cleaner continues to impress me.

Couldn’t be any happier than with this carpet cleaner. It’s easy to use. Has excellent accessories for using on different surfaces and and different applications. Taking apart the cleaner to clean out the different parts of the cleaner is straightforward and easy. Have used other brands. This unit beats the others hands down.

Easy to use carpet cleaner. Did a great job on my white carpets. Only complaint is how small the tanks are.

Excellent clean, lighter weight so easy to move around carpet. Not as easy to put together or take apart to clean parts as last carpet cleaner. Included soaps have the best clean smell of any previous soaps.

Love this! Great suction, and very easy to use! Love that the handheld part is connected all of the time and has a clip to hold it instead of other shampooers where you have to reconnect the hose when you need it. Another game changer and a must with kids! We recently shampooed our carseats with this!

Very easy to use! Our new dog has had a few accidents on the carpet and this machine has come to the rescue. It is simple to use and gets the stains out with minimal effort. The pup broke open a black ink pen and tracked inky paw prints all over and this took out every one of them without an issue. The cleaning solution is a bit pricey and I have found that it takes a full tank of solution to throroughly clean our living room, but it works very well and it's worth every penny. The "pet mess" attachment is amazing because it keeps the pet "messes" out of the machine and isolates it into the smaller receptacle, making it much easier to clean and rinse out.

Easy operation and easy to clean. Our carpet smells better now than when we used another machine with different chemicals.

I have owned three of these models and the reason being the build quality surrounding the gaskets and the entry area from the hose to the actual machine is terrible. Does it work to pick up stains? Yes, will you have water shooting out of the air exhaust area? Yes something internally is wrong with the way that they built this stand up and to be honest with you I would not recommend anyone getting this model. I just purchased a newer version of this model. I haven't used it yet but trust me if it does the same thing I'm taking it back. You spend entirely way too much money on this upright wet back for it to shoot water to your walls. Dirty water. Mind you from its vents to your walls. I have a brand new home and it was very disgusting that water was shooting out of the sides. Three of these items I have owned same exact model and it did the same thing all three times.

We were looking for a new carpet cleaner for our new light colored carpet. Happy we found the Shark. It comes with it's own duo of cleaning products and did a great job. Also has hand held cleaning tools for cleaning upholstery and rugs. Easy to assemble and use.

I thought about making this investment instead of hiring a carpet cleaner, and I didn't regret it. Great results, easy to work with, and the pet tool is a game changer.
