Love this. The suction on this is amazing. You should buy it for sure.

I would have given 5 stars if the tanks were bigger. The stronger suction is a plus. My daughter moved out and the carpet in her bedroom had taken a beating. Her cat had vomited and left some stain. I got most of the stains out and was happy with the results.

Excellent Product and Easy to assemble. We really liked it. Used it to clean our home carpets and now they looks Cleaner as earlier.

I will be honest... i have been getting my carpets professionally steam cleaned every year minimum and this shark did just as good or in some cases better than the professional steam cleanings i have done. And for return on investment its not bad at all in comparison. even with all the positive things about this machine you do have to stop alot to fill and also dump the containers. It also does jot have steaming capabilities. The other negative i can think of is the hose being too short in my opinion which makes me apprehensive on using it as much. Overall great product and i can work at my own pace instead of using a steam cleaning service.

Best cleaner you ever seen the spot cleaner is incredibly convenient and helps you to get in areas without having to do a bunch of move in or wear hard to reach places the power is incredible never seen anything like it

Super easy to use, works really well, cleans fantastically! Main solution with water dilution runs out pretty quickly, that’s the only downside. Easy to disassemble for maintenance cleanup!

Great size, weight, and performance. Only a couple of plumbing issues, first is that solution seems to leak from where the hose attaches to the bach of the unit. Making sure rubber grommets are fitted correctly and hose attached firmly did not solve that. Second is that the suction is so good it draws the dirt water all the way through the unit and out of the side. A better filter to hold the water in the tank is necessary with this much suction. Otherwise I enjoyed using this cleaner.

I was skeptical being that I’ve only bought bisele. However I am a big fan of this cleaner and the spot clean that it has.

Excellent carpet cleaner; removes stains I could not get out before; easy to operate and clean. Highly recommend; has the necessary attachments for stairs or small areas.

This is probably the best shampoo carpet cleaner out of all of the machines you can find today. The suction on this thing is so powerful it acts like a vaccuum sometimes. Now here is the thing that loses two stars. You have to be really careful on adding detergent to the machine. If you get bubbles in the dirty tank it will overflow to the motor causing to spew dirty foam or water back to the floor. This is due to how powerful the suction is. The bissell machine does not do this because the suction is not as powerful as the Shark. THis is expected as Shark machines are best for their suction. The dirty water tank does have a cut off valve when it hits a level but does not stop bubbles. Literally have to cut the detergent in half to prevent this. This is the only flaw this machine has. I had to return mine as it kept overflowing even after not adding much detergent to the machine. This includes their own product. So the motor got defective. Lucky enough I had total tech on this thing and was an easy return. I will buy again when they make a v2 of this model and see if they can block foam from forming in the dirty water tank.
