This cleaner is incredible. I have 2 dogs and my bedroom carpet is contractor grade light grey so it gets dirty fast. Not to mention a puppy that has some accidents. This cleans betrer than anything ive ever used.

Decent cleaning. Getting familiar with the usage. Didn't clean the rug/carpet up to the level of satisfaction I expected but overall did a decent clean

I have two dogs and one is a senior. He tends to have more accidents now. I’ve really been impressed with how well this unit cleans. When i check spots under a black light they are gone completely.

Great shampooer. I thought it would be like very other one i have bought innthe past but I am extremely happy with the job this does. I believe the chemicals are too expensive but so is everything else in the world right now.

Works fantastic! Easy to use as well as clean and maintain. Pet attachment worked awsome also for picking up pet urine. Carpet is barely wet when done and by next day it’s super dry. Highly recommend!

I’m absolutely thrilled with this vacuum! It’s powerful enough to deep-clean carpets and rugs, yet gentle on hardwood floors. The suction is incredible for dust, and dirt effortlessly. Assembly was simple, and I love how lightweight and easy it is to maneuver. The included attachments are super useful for tight spaces and upholstery. It even leaves the carpet looking refreshed and almost new. I’ve noticed a big difference in air quality after using it regularly. Highly recommended!

This is an amazing product. It really deeps clean carpet. Only downside is that the water and product goes fast, so you need to be replacing it at everymoment.

Great carpet shampooer, pulls up stains. Bought a new home and first week in my 8 year old decided to get sick one night all over our new carpet! Next day I bought this, and it pulled up the stain just fine. I use Resolve solution instead of Shark's solution. It has all the pulling power that you would expect and can be taken apart to clean. I do wish it was a bit more convenient to use, but I'm not sure exactly how to make it more convenient. it is a whole ordeal to get it out and prepared.

The machine is an excellent carpet cleaner. It is the best one I've owned. I like it because it has power, the cleaning solutions smell good, the hose is integrated and has a good array of tools.

I didnt think it would have cleaned my sofa but it did and they look good again i was almost going to buy a new sofa set

I bought the hand held one first and had to go back and get the full size. I always went for bus’s DLL carpet cleaners before but have always preferred Shark vacuums so now I am a carpet cleaner convert. It would be better if they could figure out a way to make the tanks bigger so you don’t have to empty/ fill so often, that’s the only reason it’s not a 5 star.
