    This carpet cleaner works great! I didn’t realize that you are supposed to use only the shark brand cleaner or that there weee two types to get but that is probably my own fault for not looking closely ahead of time. That is the only reason for not giving 5 stars just out of convenience.

    It really deep cleans and removes stains. I have 2 white chairs that really looked bad after 2 years. Wasn’t sure if I could get them looking good again. Worked so fast and easy.

    I thought my last shampooer was great. Had no idea what I was missing until I purchased and used this one. What a hugh noticeable difference, but the ease of use from preparing to emptying and storing.

    Carpet cleaner works well. However, water tank is very small and be prepared for frequent refills and emptying of the dirty water tank as well. Included cleaning solution is just a sample small size. You will need to purchase a full size container.

    It’s about average, the tank is too small for the reservoir clean and dirty water. It’s too hard to find a supply of the solution to use also priced too high. Over all I believe it is ok though not for larger homes more for small apartments due to tank size and amount of solution needed to clean. I will be looking to exchanging for something better sooner than later.

    Best carpet cleaner yet! We’ve been through a few of the bissel pro-heat 2x and they just don’t do the job , but this shark does the job plus more!!!!!!

    Works well, removes lots of whatever is in the carpet. Only issue is the solution tank is so small you're lucky to even do half of a small room without refilling.
