Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I first bought this cleaner it did exactly what I needed it to do, but after my 8th to 9th use it stop shooting out water when i was trying to clean my area rug. The hand held part still works perfectly fine. I will be returning it for repairs. I need this machine because I havw 2 dogs and 6 people that live in my house.

This would be useful to a household that has somewhat new carpet or rugs. Our apartment unfortunately has some matted areas where there is high traffic and it was no good there. This doesn't mean it isn't a great cleaner, it means it just wasn't for us.

Don’t like that you can’t control the solution. So every single time you pull the unit backwards, it dispenses liquid. So if you need to go over an area several times, the area gets liquid every time.
