Bought this to replace my older model. Pretty disappointed at how fast it stopped working. It works intermittently when it wants to. Glad I got the warranty as I will be returning

Absolutely love this mop. It cleans my wood floors and tiles like a charm. Would definitely recommend. Great price too.

Absolutely LOVE Sharp Steam Mops; however, I am on my 4th one. One was my fault as I did put a couple drops of Pinesol in it and broke it. The next one I only used filtered water and it still clogged. Declogged it with the videos on google and it still would not work and I saw all the buildup come out. Make sure you drain it dry and pour out the water after each use but it does a smashing job. Company should give me one!

This steam mop is excellent. had it for a few years and its so effective on our tiled floors. Just let the steam settle into the mop head and its completely wet before use. Follow the manual on proper use, and cleaning of the mop heads and you'll hate cleaning a little less this for years!

The steam cleaner was easy to assemble and accompanying directions were easy to follow. Used it on two kinds of tile and because of the tile texture I needed to use a bit of muscle. In the lanai, a smoother tile, it worked like a breeze!

My home is all tile floors. This does a terrific job of cleaning it. Easy to use and flip pad

I have textured, white ceramic tile kitchen floors that are really hard to keep clean. This mop makes it so much easier, and at a decent sale price.

Its lightweight and easy to use. It came with two cleaning pads and was easy to put together.

We mop and swiffer the floors all the time. This thing is eazy to use and it is amazing how much more it cleans up. I had to order more pads though. My only compkaint is that it doesn't get into the grout lines very well. It would be nice to have a pad that had ridges to get into grout lines. I use distilled water in anything that heats water. That should eliminate clogging tgat others have mentioned.

absolutely love this mop. it gets all the dust and dirt up. The only thing is that I have uneven floors so sometimes the dirt ends up going in cracks, which is annoying. It has also influenced me to clean more because I enjoy watching the steam come out automatocally. Also this is my first steam mop and I am impressed!!

This is my third Shark. All have been excellent products. Each of them has been durable and easy to use. I keep going back for essentially the same model ... just updated for a new year. Nothing fancy, just good plain steam cleaning.

This mop is ideal for small areas to clean. The mop pads are easy to clean load in washer. The steam cleaning is very effective.

Love shark mops and vacuums. It's ALL I BUY EVER SINCE I got my first one 10 years ago and i put my shark against an over priced dyson....... SHARK VACUUM AND MOPS WON BY A LANDSLIDE EVERY TIME!!! plus they are fair price and worth every penny

This thing is great! I bought one for work and liked it so well, I bought one for the house. I had no idea how dirty my floor was until I put this baby to work. Heats up quickly and does a great job of cleaning and doesn't leave the floor wet. Price is right too!
