Love it. Have 2 dogs, 1 cat and toddler. You can feel the difference on your feet after using the steam mop. If you have stains or gunk on the floor I usually pre-spray the floor with Lysol spray of Myers multi surface and it comes right off. Leaves the house smelling fresh.

This product is a must have in your house if you have tile or vinyl floors. It heats up quickly and steam cleans effectively. You will not find a better product even close to the price of this Shark.

This was a replacement for my old shark mop that i had for 7 years. Does a good job, like this newer model.

Works well but I think there are better options, but they would be more expensive. I like this and have two dogs. They keep the place decently clean.

This is my favorite item I have ever bought and only upgraded because the last one that was 6 years old kept getting clogged, but this has been re-vamped in the new one and I love it.

I have a laminate in my kitchen that I use this to clean with. It works really well. The long cord allow me to cover the whole area with have to plug it in else were. I purchased this product to replace an older model that quite working after 5 yrs.

This is one of the best products i've got in a while. Comes with washable mop cloth, does amazing job of cleaning the floor with heated steam and makes the house look nice and shinny.

This Shark steam mop is really great product. I had this before but I brook it. I ordered the same one again as I am very satisfied with to clean my wood floor and tiled floor.

Have used for 8 months on hardwood floors. Works wonderfully as described.

I love this steam mop! I wanted something that didn’t saturate my wood floors and this doesn’t do that. There’s a nice steam that comes out of the bottom and it dries quickly. No chemicals either, just straight water in the tank.

The Shark pocket mop worked amazing on my hard wood floors! The floors looked awesome when I was finished, should have bought this long ago!!

This makes mopping the floor so much easier. I especially like the fact that the head turns over for a new clean side to use.

This is a great product clean as described but you will definitively will need to but extra rags which have been hard to find

I bought this steamer to replace my old one and they have made definitely improved from the original version. All previous weak areas are reinforced and the steamer heats quickly with 2 settings. I’m very happy with this purchase!

works good! clean well, instruction is a bit unclear as to how the 'power' button indicator work. Had to constantly changing the mop pad in order to clean well--so, purchase more pads if your floor needs extra attention.
