Steams great and does a good job on my hardwood floors. Best Buy let me ad match. I found it on sale from a different retailer but wanted to purchase from Best Buy for my rewards. Very simple ad match.

GREAT Product

I would definitely recommend using distilled water as recommended, the machine will last much longer! We obviously recommend as we bought a second one!

It's an ok mop
