Shark is where it's at. After trying other models and losing suction after just a few weeks, I was in the market for a stick vac but I'm not Dyson "rich". Stumbled across this beauty and never looked back. It works great, is easy to maneuver, and is empty. enough juice to vacuum my entire downstairs (including the furniture...darn dog)! Highly recommended.

Shout out to the best buy employee who saved me $100 bucks. I was originally going to go with another brand but the Shark does everything and more! The battery life was the only thing I felt was a little lackluster but you pay for what you get. This model can easily do 40 minutes of Vaccuming on one charge. Highly recommend, must buy for anyone looking for a cordless vaccum

So glad I went with this Shark vacuum over a Dyson. I didn’t want to spend a ton but needed the quality and convenience of a cordless, brand name vacuum. I have had this vacuum for over a year now & have had 0 issues with it. The warranty is for 5 years which made me feel better about spending as much as I did on this product. Thank you Shark for a great product that has saved me!!

Works great on hard floors and the light up feature when in use is great to spot the dog hair! I don’t love how well it does on carpets but it does pick up. It does not replace my carpet vacuum but helps tidy up!

Absolutely love this cordless vacuum! I have yet to use the max suction feature. It takes care of my biweekly needs. So glad I went with this product vs "those other guys". I have a big long-haired cat that sheds A LOT & this vac does the job in enough time that I don't lose complete battery. Works well on my carpets & rugs as well as my couch.

An amazing vacuum with a lot of versatility. For such a compact vacuum, this one packs a big punch. I haven’t experienced any issues with battery life. The only downside’s would be it won’t stand by itself and no mounting bracket. If that’s not a dealbreaker than give this a try, you won’t be dissatisfied.

This little guy does the job, but if I went back in time I would have gotten something else. There isn’t a stand or anything for it, so you can’t really keep the floor attachment on it without it falling over or sliding out from under it. The “turbo” trigger is cool, but it kind of seems like I have to use it a lot more often than I should. Having the attachments is nice and the portability is very good as well. I wish they had a wall mount for the charger, but the battery is removable for that instance which is nice. At the end of the day it’s a decent stick vacuum that performs the way it says it does, but I’d probably throw down the extra cash and get a Dyson.

Nice upgrade from my aged corded sweeper. Ordered spare battery from Shark and keep them rotated and charged. Shark also has accessories for other cleaning with this unit.

This vacuum is by far one of the best I’ve ever purchased. The battery life is great as it can work like a work course for about an hour to an hour and a half to it needs a full recharge. It also charges very quickly in about an hour, my only issue is that after you use it, as a safety precaution, it does not charge right away until the battery cools down. I wish this wouldn’t happen, but I also understand that it is a safety precaution, especially since these days many fires have started due to overheated batteries. Also, I wish this vacuum would stay upright by itself. In order for it to stay upright, you have to remove the motor and attach it to the stem for storage. I think it would be better if they would remove that feature and just give us a wall plate For us to hang the device.

For me this is a wonderful product. However It is advertised as 40 minute run time. Maybe for bare floors. I use it on a carpet all the time and it lasts about 19 minutes. For me that is about five times a month. The great advantage is that there no cords. That saves a lot of time and hassle. Dump the dirt and you are done!!! I clean it when I charge it. Easy !!! Takes about 5 minutes. Before this I didn't vacuum as much.

I like that is very lightweight, easy to maintain and great for picking up the dog hair. With the different tools and flexibility of this vacuum. I am to use for all areas of the home.

Best and most powerful vacuum.I've ever purchased in very long battery running time

I have several shark products and they work great. They’re all corded though. I got this to keep up on my dogs’ shedding around the house on the hardwood. It’s so easy to use that I actually pick it up and use it regularly. It does a great job. Battery life could be a little better but I’m done before it dies.

NO CORD...good price, light weight; easy to use; easy to store...my husband will even do the vacuuming now... so far we are very happy with this purchase...time will reveal how well it maintains it's value, as with anything. Reviews should be written after a year or more of use...but who would even think of writing one then unless disappointed in some way.

I purchased the product because it was cordless. It maintains a charge very well and irs lightweight, however its nit the best at picking up. I would have upgraded.

Vacuum is perfect! I have 5 animals inside and am constantly sweeping. Not with this vacuum! It takes care of pet hair and litter wirh no problem. And helps with my allergies.

Ok. Let's talk about the packaging first. Zero...Z E R O..plastic used. Paper wraps, compostable moulds, and paper-based tape. Who the hell at Shark can I direct my absolute admiration to? This unit could absolutely suck and I'd still rate it highly. But, it doesn't suck! It's great. The charge-time is decent and what I'd expect for a hand-held stick unit. Power exceeds expectations, if a little noisier than I have liked. Build quality is solid. I'm torn on if the attachments should have a place to store but then the unit would be bulky. I like the little notch to rest the power on the lower part of the unit. It lays down well for getting under the bed, etc. This is the second Shark unit I've owned (other was a normal type of vac) and I've been happy both times.

The versatility of this unit is great. Having the cup high on the handle allows it to easily fit under beds and other furniture, and the smaller head-width lets you get into smaller areas next to furniture a traditional vacuum. The battery life is great and lets me complete the 2400 house without an issue.
