I like the 2 speed motor that helps extend the battery life when doing bare floors. I only wish there was a wall mount for storing and charging as it only stands up when the motor is separated and attached below.

Biggest complaint is that the wheels on the base are getting hair wrapped around them and I cannot find a way to remove them to untangle the hair. I looked at YouTube videos, the manual, etc and there’s no way to remove the tiny small wheels.

Great vacuum

The biggest down sides are no where to store the extra tools on the unit and you have to either remove the canister portion or prop it against a wall once done as it doesn’t stay standing on its own.

Great product at a great price

The one down fall would be the weight of the product. I would highly recommend a Shark cordless stick if you’re in the market for a new one and don’t want to pay $800+.

It has a long run time, quick to charge, and it has great suction power.

We have 2 Shepard pups, so we’re vacuuming a few times a day. Have a fairly large house, and can usually make it through the entire house without needing to recharge.
