    This the best vacuum ever bought. We have long hair in this house hold and no hair is wrapped around the rollers. It’s a little loud but works great. Definitely recommend!! Five stars from me!

    I’ve been using this vacuum for about 9 months and have no complaints. Battery lasts long enough to clean my 1 bedroom apartment. I use it on my hardwood floors and area rugs, then I vacuum the couch. It does a god job on pet hair. Suction is good. I’m sure there are stronger vacuums out there, but for what I need it does the job.

    I had an amazon stick vaccuum that outperformed this unit in every category before it cashed out. I expected improvement considering this was more than double the price and was let down. The regular shark vacs are excellent, but this unit. The battery life is dismal, it’s heavy, and has okay performance. I’m not happy with this unit at its price point. We have 2 dogs and there is some hidden part of the unit where dander must be accumulating because I have scrubbed and soaked every filter and nook I can reach, and this vaccuum still emits foul smelling air. After owning it for a year I would not recommend this product at all.
