    I used to be the biggest advocate of Shark. I had an upright last a decade without trouble. The quality is a joke for Shark products anymore. This stick vac is the 3rd product let down in 3 years. This one did NOT hold up to the claim that it can handle pet hair. It clogs incessantly, at the wheels and in the tube just before the canister, with the smallest amount of hair. Every couple of minutes I have to stop and disassemble it and clean it out. It is used daily, mind you, so its not as if I'm putting a ton through it at once. The smallest amounts clog this thing at every point! The upright, stick, and robots all die or have major malfunctions at the 1 year mark now, conveniently outside the warranty. I just threw yet another Shark right in the trash and I will not be buying again. Save yourself this trouble and money. Third strike and Shark is out for me

    I am very pleased with this purchase and just love the lift off hand held with the attachments especially comes in handy when doing carpeted stairs it really does the job and also the handheld upholstery attached really does a very good job only one little downside is I just wish it would hold a longer charge otherwise great and yes I would recommend it!!
