I love this vacuum! It cleans very well. My only con of the vacuum is does not stay charged very long. I have a 1800 sq. ft home and it takes the entire battery life to vacuum it. Even with this con I still love it and still give it 5 stars and highly recommend!

Very loud sounds like jet engine while vacuuming aside from that it does a decent job. I def would buy this product if it wasn’t 100 bucks off. Aside from it not hanging on the wall like my other one….it’s ok

The Shark IZ363HT comes with a couple of tools and brushes. Its Anti-Allergen Dust Brush is advertised as being designed to clear fine debris. Its pet multi-tool comprises an upholstery tool with a soft-bristle brush that you can clip on and off. There's also a dedicated hard bristle brush for dislodging stuck-on dirt and a crevice tool for tackling messes in tight corners.

I bought this as a replacement for my first Shark Duo brush- a larger lift away model; which worked wonderfully, however the plastic clip that held the roller in snapped after almost 2 years. I had a warranty but instead of fixing the roller or replacing, they opted to give me my money back. That would have been fine except the model of my vacuum had gone up in price sp significantly that the credit would not even get close to paying for the newer version of my former vacuum....Okay... now that we have mostly hardwood floors and tile, I figured I didn't need the one with all the carpet attachments or large debris containment so I got this one instead. Well I was floored at how terrible this vacuum is on hard wood and tile; actually does okay on the area rugs. But compared to my other vacuum or most vacuums, it's atrocious! Does not pick up anything bigger than hair and dust; pet food, litter, pieces of dried food, debris from your shoes, nothing! My friend has a BIG NAME vacuum with the same fin type that functions just as badly, but at least the suction is better. Why copy something that does not work well? I'm so disappointed; it literally sits in the corner and I have to swiffer and broom everything again.

So much better than my dyson. And cheaper as well.
