    Pet hair gets stuck in the wheels. Hard to remove otherwise it is a good vacuum.

    Battery is decent when your not using the super suction. Works great with attachments, not so much on its on. Hard to store since vacuum is off balance with all the weight on the handle

    I rated the Vacuum with 4 stars for couple of reasons. First the battery lasted less than 30 minutes and does not clean very well on deep carpet and is more nose than cleaning effect. There is no extra battery in the package For unknown for me reasons this vacuum is rated much higher than supposed to be.
