    works great, but you have to hold it up all the time, no way to stand it up,. I did not like that feature. I need a self standing vacuum. too cumbersome for me.

    It works as well as my last one (a Dyson) But I like it better as it has two speeds. One for rugs and one for floors.

    When we first got the vacuum it was awesome! Around the 6 month mark it started dying fast, the suction didn’t work as well and the company doesn’t replace batteries or the vacuum for defects.

    It's a pet vacuum but the vacuum head gets backed with dirt then clogged with hair within a week of use.

    I like shark products, but this unit is significantly heavier than my previous dyson, and the container is cumbersome to remove. I also liked having a wall mount that this unit does not have.

    Its a very nice lightweight vacuum, but tge fact that I now have to contact Shark directly because the battery is already faulty beyond a basic troubleshooting repair guide in less that a month is just egregious and abhorrent. Buy a broom, it would be cheaper, faster, and infinitely more reliable than this wet wipe of a product.

    Ive used it a couple of times already since purchasing. The battery lasts a reasonable amount of time. Just wish i had an option to puchase an extra battery and a better way to store it.

    I was surprised when I went to use this stick vacuum. There is hardly any suction it only picks up what is on top of the floor. I expected a little more but I guess you get what you pay for.

    Its as good as a dyson! Only thing i would dislike is having to charge it. I am used to having a corded vacuum and when it stops in the middle of cleaning, its such a terrible feeling.

    This vacuum is bitter sweet, you don’t get Dyson quality because it over heats but it cleans well when it doesn’t overheat. You pay for what you get
