I love vacuums! I have had pet vacuums in the past and while they were good, it seems that each one I get is better! This vacuum goes from carpet to bare floor with a simple thumb switch. Most of my floors are hardwood with a sprinkling of rugs. The attachments are perfect. The charge last for a lot longer than most battery which comes in handy with a two story house and it folds up nice and compact. The sound is rather loud when in carpet mode, but on hard floors it is quiet and does not bother the cats that much. It is lightweight enough for easy stair vacuuming. After vacuuming the entire house twice, there is nothing wrapped around the brush which means less fighting to get the vacuum clean!! The price tag is a bit high for what is now almost a typical vacuum but it is a good vacuum- wait for it to go on sale...

Have to keep recharging, it dies pretty quickly. Also doesn’t get most of the dirt. Some stays behind and have to keep vacuuming

It worked ok the first day but then it stopped sucking! Barely picks up any trash and you can tell that it’s not working because the trash bounces at the bottom and does not make it to the trash canister DO NOT RECOMMEND

Battery dies very fast. Did not even last close to 20 minutes. My home is only 1,350 sqft so its not huge. Returned it and bought a corded model

battery last less than 30 min or 2 small rooms then it dies. takes for ever to charge

Cant even vacuum my loving room before the battery dies and thats aftet dumping the little container. Sad because i have always likes shark

Hate this vacuum it’s not sturdy enough and right after I emptied the filter it started spitting dust back out .

Worked for a couple months than gave out on me, this was the second one , Buy one that has a cord and really sucks up dirt

This allegedly "new vacuum" came packaged fine but when I opened the hand vac it had cigarette ash residue and wreaked of cigarettes.

The Shark pet plus cordless vacuum is a simple, lightweight and powerful vacuum cleaner. The unit is easily assembled and comes with several attachments that allow you to reach various hard to reach areas. There is one very long lasting battery and a wall plug included in the box. There are two settings, carpet and hardwood/tile. There is also a handy trigger built into the handle that allows you to increase the suction power with the pull of your finger while using the vacuum. The head unit comes off of the shaft and hangs low near the bottom of the unit for storage. This vacuum makes vacuuming much less of a chore. No cords, no heavy vacuum to lug around. It is overall, a very good buy.

I have had this for less than a month, and it does not suck up hair at all, I only have one cat, and it does a terrible job.

Gave it a week and returned it. Battery life is terrible!! Spend the extra money and get a dyson. I took the head off to clean before returning it and it was full of pet hair (2 dog 2 cat home)

Stopped “sucking” after 6 months of use. Very disappointed given the price. Do not recommend.

Worked well the 1st few times, but now won't pick up anything, even with a full charge. Don't waste your money.

Don't buy doesn't have power to pick up anything. Also don't even last 15 minutes per charge .

The vacuum broke after 4 months. Tried to contact the manufacturer and never heard back.

This vacuum does not suck up anything. I will be contacting to return.

I have a Shark corded vacuum that I love, except for the fact that it's corded. I've been comparing different cordless vacs for a while. When I came across the Shark cordless pet plus. The reviews were all good, price was right so I ordered it. FANTASTIC! It has great suction, picks up dog hair as well as my corded Shark and, best of all, NO CORD! I have carpet through the house and have no problem with having power. Of course you have to empty the collection cup more often, but that is no problem as a trade off for no cord. I have nothing but praise for this vacuum. Picks up well on tile floor as well.

Worked great until it died 6 months after purchasing. Very expensive for only 6 months
