I like my stick vacuum to be a little lighter, but this one works well and the battery lasts a long time. I am happy.

The lightness of this and how quieter it is than the competitors brand that I bought and quit working after a year is amazing! Fingers crossed itwill last longer!!

Well-built well and gets the job done. Wight is good. Does not blow exhaust in your face like brands others do.

This is a great vacuum for our spot cleaning and stairs. The long handle makes it easy to use, and it has several attachments that come with it for a great price. Battery life is great, and it has a button/trigger that increases suction power when you need it. Easy to put together.

I had a dyson and it needed replacing and thought based on reviews that the shark woyod be enough. Its not as well made and its much heavy. It is a bonus that you can turn it on rather than having to hold the trigger but if you want yo use the boost mode, that trigger is quite fatiguing for a finger. Its quiet enough and battery life is ok.

Im really happy to got this vacuum. It really helps me to keep the house clean so easily.

This product works as advertised on both hardwood and carpeted flooring. In addition, with the turn of your wrist the cleaner changes direction. The added trigger when pulled gives the cleaner extra suction is also a huge plus. Highly recommended!

I love this vacuum! Works well and good with pet hair

Does well, I have pets so it does the job. It does often get clogged with pet hair so I have to remove it. Other than that I like it.

I've only use it a few times, but it seems powerful. It works well. I hope the battery last longer than the one in my Dyson.

Absolute beast of a vacuum. I have a 100+lbs golden retriever. This vacuum has no problem cleaning up after him. Never had a clog. Can clean my entire house on one charge. Cleans my thick rug as well. One of my favorite Best Buy purchases.

Very light and has some power. The battery could last longer but other than that you get a good product for a decent price.

I love the ease of accessing the vacuum. It is light weight and easy at maneuvering. Suction is great Just needs a backup battery. Assembly is easy. Looked and compared with several vacuums and glad I chose this one.

The Shark pet plus cordless vacuum is very good. I read all the reviews so i was not sure, but i gave it a chance. This vacuum is great. If you keep it on the regular setting, and not max this thing will run as long as it says, and it will clean very good.

I researched so many hand held vacuums and this was the best option for me. Works great and able to vacuum a 1500 square foot home with tile and carpet with extra charge to spare. Just remember to dump after each use.. it will effect suction just like any other hand held.

I love shark products. We moved into a new house and while waiting for our housing shipment to arrive, I ordered this to keep up with dog hair (2 golden retrievers). The reason for the 3 stars - 1. The design makes it very too heavy and if you are using for a prolong period it started to hurt my wrist and elbow (I’m 36 and in normal health). I found I had to switch hands to vacuum. 2. Battery length - I have a 3100 sq foot house, it would only clean half the house on a charge. Only the bedrooms are carpet, rest is tile or hardwood. 3. Storing - you have to take off the top and hook it on the bottom stand to charge. Not a big deal for me, but to have my kids use and remember, it fell over a couple times because of how too heavy it was and their forgetting to take apart (none of our other vacuums require it). 4. Carpet cleaning - while it does it, this cannot substitute a more powerful vacuum. This is for quick cleanup in between deep cleans. Again I got this because it took 3 months for us to receive our household goods, this vacuum saved me from an over abundance of dog hair in the house, but I was so glad to receive our robot vacuum (which does about the same quality of clean) and our full size vacuum. I no longer use this very much, just if something spills and we need a quick cleanup. If your arm strength is not that of a regular weight lifter, I would avoid this design.
