I previously bought only Sharks. Prior to purchasing this Shark I splurged on price and bought a Dyson. Huge mistake. Shark is the way to go, not only based on price but quality and vacuuming power. I’ll only buy Sharks from now on.

This vacuum works really well. It picks up hair and dust vrey well, and hasn't had any hair tangle on the rollers yet!! The only issue we have is we wish it had about twice the battery life when on carpet.

Simply not worth the $300 sale price and definitely not worth regular price. I have had several cordless vacs over the years to include a few Sharks (Vertex was the best so far but even pricier). I have spent more and more money to get a high quality, long lasting and strong battery operated cordless. The unboxing and charging was no issue but once the vacuuming began it quickly went downhill since I couldn't finish the job. On REGULAR mode only, I could not vacuum <1,400 sq ft. I have been trying to race through my space before it dies which compromises pick up/ performance. It does not last anywhere close to the 40 min referenced for the "hand vac" which was important to me. Again, this is on the regular mode. It dies even quicker (a lot quicker) if you amp it up in high traffic areas. The vacuum itself does a decent job but not a $300 job. I may have an item that's a bad apple but I will never know since the 14 day return/exchange period has passed and I am not "elite" to my knowledge. Apparently that status allows for greater grace on returns, exchanges or support. I did purchase the warranty but at <30 days post purchase with limited exchange/replacement battery, etc, support, I don't anticipate giving this model another try, defective or not. A second battery would make a difference but a singular strong battery would have been preferred. There are positives to this vacuum but the whole package just isn't worth >$300. The top heavy design (many are like this) is terrible in my opinion, the battery is very disappointing and the noise would have friends (or mom for example) thinking the vacuum was anything but new based on how loud it is,

It was great for a while but after one or two bigger messes after a few months it really started to lose suction and has not gone back no matter what I've done

This was the 3rd time I purchased this item and I should have got it from best buy the first time. Everything that is pictured comes with the item. When I purchased elsewhere it was never the right vacuum.

Very good cordless vacuum. I replaced my corded shark vacuum and happy I did it. Strong suction and works on rugs. Would highly recommend.

Like the portability of this unit, very easy to empty the dirt. No dog hair stuck to roller and has great suction. I highly recommend this

Does a descent job, but clogs with dog hair constantly. Figured when you pay this much for a vacuum it would hold up to its claims.

We really loved it… it works really well on our hardwood floor!!
