Great product love shark!! I would buy again good quality product

It’s a nice vacuum. Easy for quick daily vacuuming. I would not use as your only vacuum, the suction isn’t that strong especially on carpet and the battery doesn’t last 40 minutes.

I like this product, I have allergies using other models but when using this one I don't have any issues so definitely recommend this product who are allergic to dust.

Nice vacuum! Works amazing on our hardwood floors! Only reason not 5stars is because the battery doesn’t last long - we have a smaller house and it dies before we’re done. Other than that though it is great!!

It does a decent job of cleaning the carpets, but it does not come with any sort of hanging bracket for when it's not in use. Because it is top heavy, every time I open the closet door, the stupid thing falls on me. Should have probably bought the warranty, although I'm not sure if that covers rage breakage...

First let me make clear - I just bought this and it is charging as I write. My concern/problem is that the box and the description of what you are getting is deceptive; it looks like the "brush" head is ALL flexible silicone fins and it absolutely is NOT. There's alternating rows of silicone fins, and rows of short bristles - it is NOT all silicone fins. BestBuy's website won't let me upload photos of the differnece, but if you have a display model check it and see. I may upgrade the review depending on how it works, but I'm more than a little miffed that the box is so totally deceptive.

works good batt does not last long enough. so far no hair on brush so thats a great feature

Very happy with this purchase. Just put all laminate flooring in wanted easy to go under furniture and pick up hair with it wrapping around shockingly surprised and happy I am fully satisfied. No more cutting hair out of the vacuum for me!!

Would not recommend not picking up. Love cordless but this vacuum gets clogged.

Nothing stops a shark!!! Shark vacuums never disappoint and this one didnt either!

Picks up all the dog hair in one sweep. The dirt canister can be a bit larger.

Cons: The roller head is not as pictured. All over the box they show pictures of the wonderful fin technology and when you open it up, it has a combination of fins and brushes. The actual run time on floors is about 20 minutes not 40 minutes. The 40 minute run time pertains to using the hand held brushes or crevice tool. The suction is nothing special. As soon as the dustbin fills up (which does not take long) it has trouble picking up tiny bits of cardboard from my cat's scratching pads. The brushes have such short bristles I don't trust using them on furniture. Plus, using the handheld feature, the suction really throttles back a lot. This thing feels like a glorified dust buster. I get it - there is a tradeoff between having a cordless unit and corded unit but I'll stick to using a corded unit. Pros: It is convenient for small jobs or possibly very small apartments Shark's customer service was helpful. They did confirm that the roller head was the right one that comes with they unit. I suggested they change their box pictures and have Best Buy change their website pictures so people actually know what they are getting. The Allergen technology is nice. I ended up returning this unit. I purchased it on a Black Friday sale but it still seems too expensive for it's limited abilities.

I love this vacuum. It works on all floor types and I love that it can be used as a hand held as well. Definitely Recommend!

This is good for cleaning up spots and reaching things other than a floor, but it won't do as a main vacuum.

It was a great little vacuum for 20 bucks because of total tech plan I had when my vacuum cleaner died.

Its kinda inconvenient. Doesn't stand up when vacuum motor on. At this price point i expected a bit more.
