I clean it every time I use it and I’m certain that it isn’t clogged. For $350, I expected to get years out of it and instead I’m already looking for a new vacuum. I definitely will not purchase another Shark product.

I have both hard wood and carpet. It was bought as a quick solution to cleaning up after kids and pets. Dust and hair gets stuck on the roller and front part. Suction power has decreased. I have cleaned it several times hoping to improve performance but no luck. Would not suggest for homes with pets and kids
