When we first got the vacuum it was awesome! Around the 6 month mark it started dying fast, the suction didn’t work as well and the company doesn’t replace batteries or the vacuum for defects.

It works as well as my last one (a Dyson) But I like it better as it has two speeds. One for rugs and one for floors.

I like shark products, but this unit is significantly heavier than my previous dyson, and the container is cumbersome to remove. I also liked having a wall mount that this unit does not have.

I always purchase from Best Buy because of my pleasant shopping experience! Plus I Love Shark products!

Its a very nice lightweight vacuum, but tge fact that I now have to contact Shark directly because the battery is already faulty beyond a basic troubleshooting repair guide in less that a month is just egregious and abhorrent. Buy a broom, it would be cheaper, faster, and infinitely more reliable than this wet wipe of a product.

Loving it so far, just wish emptying the can was a bit easier. Also wish it had a wall mount. Would buy again.

I like it very convenient whe your kids make a mess

Vaccum head too heavy, hard to clean above the head.

It was not bad for the type of product however I have a German shepherd that shed a lot so I needed something more powerful. Although this is a pet pro it felt below that.

Good vacum but the battery does not last maybe just 30 minutes

Ive used it a couple of times already since purchasing. The battery lasts a reasonable amount of time. Just wish i had an option to puchase an extra battery and a better way to store it.

Great vacuum but a little small. Overall worth it the convenience

Its as good as a dyson! Only thing i would dislike is having to charge it. I am used to having a corded vacuum and when it stops in the middle of cleaning, its such a terrible feeling.

My dad has been wanting a vacuum for a while and finally got it for him as a gift. He loves it.

I picked this up because a lot of reviews said it was a great vacuum if you have pets, I’ve been using it for a couple weeks and it’s kinda disappointing, the battery dies off pretty quick, even quicker if you hold the trigger for more suction, and it really just traps all the fur to the bottom of the vacuum, doesn’t really pick it up, if you use it without the vac head, and just use the attachments it works decent, would I buy it again? Nope

This vacuum is bitter sweet, you don’t get Dyson quality because it over heats but it cleans well when it doesn’t overheat. You pay for what you get

It’s a good vacuum for a reasonable price. The light guide definitely is a nice touch

Good product and good color but itis too hard and need

its not as powerful as i thought it would be. battery dies quickly. takes too long to charge. it says 40 min run time. thats not true. maybe 20 mins

Suction is ok. Brush is not tangle free and does not look like it does in the pictures. Battery life is about what I expected. Vacuums ahve gone downhill for the cost.
