I don’t know if someone can help. The small 2 wheels on either side are filled with hair. I have only used the vacuum 3 times. What is up?

No power Its Not working for a house Maybe for a small apartment only

picks up very little. does a good enough job for the stairs and hard floor in the basement. useless for carpet. only keeping for ease of downstairs usage and under beds wouldnt purchase again though.

This vacuum is advertised as being for pets - inaccurate! It stops working about 5 minutes into vacuuming. The vacuum is charged and the canister is barely full.

To heavy to handle sorry I purchase this product. 2 days late to take back out $249.00

In less than year this doesn’t work. Paying almost 300.00 is problematic

It was great while it lasted but the motor started making an awful squealing noise going on month 7 and its beyond unbearable.

Does not work as good as advertised. My wife is a shark fan and wanted this to pick up dog hair on hardwood floors. This unit does not have enough suction to do the job.

Just not worth it, very small container and the suction was terrible.

This is the second one we've tried. First vacuum, the battery would last 3 minutes on a charge. That was returned and we tried again. Second vacuum should've only had a three minute charge because that's how quickly it'll become clogged when using it. We're lucky if dust doesn't clog this thing. This vacuum is garbage. Spend the money on a Dyson!!

We have floors,and,large area rugs, and carpet. This vacuum does not have good suction. It does not do well on areas near walls. Very dissapointed.

I returned it. No suction power, I have a 2700 sq. foot home all tile floor in main areas and this did not get the job done. Also very heavy handle.

The worst Shark vacuum I have ever had and I’ve had many! Does not suction well, last long on recharge and so loud. I simply am very disappointed. Not at all what I expected!!

Battery doesn’t last more than 15 minutes after a full charge. Doesn’t pick up pet hair or crumbs off the floor. It claims it’s for pet hair however it gets stuck. I like to vacuum once every other day due to dog hair and this does NOT do the job I need it to do. At this point I will never buy another shark product again.

Not very powerful with suctioning. Often times leaves dirt behind. Battery life could be better.

Would give a 0 if the option was available. This thing is junk. We have returned one and will be returning another one. This is NOT a good pet vacuum. I would not recommend this vacuum to anyone with pets as it can NOT handle hair at all. Very disappointed. Do not waste the money this is not a good choice.

So far, so good. Love if. Very well made. Great filtration. Meets all of my needs. No longer need to pull out and p!ug in my other vac.

Right out of the box it made such a loud noise, we ended up taking it back. We spent the extra money on the Dyson.

I am a big fan of cordless vacuums. No doubt the cords get in the way and somehow I seem to trip over them. This makes my 3rd cordless. My initial reaction was that it is heavy. However when I put it together (very easy to snap together), the balance was perfect so it didn’t feel heavy to operate. My one and only complaint, it is noisy! It sounds like a jet airplane. Okay so that’s an exaggeration, but it is noisier than others. That being said, I believe it is more powerful. It has two settings, the higher setting engages a beater bar. That is where the noise is. When you convert to handheld, it is very quiet. Mine came with three attachments, crevice and two Upholstry type attachments. I have a dog and cat who both go in and out but refuse to wipe their feet! The Shark Pet Plus did a great job of picking up the hair and dirt. In minutes the two areas I vacuumed looked better and my canister was full of dirt, hair and dander. I could easily see where I had cleaned. I like to see vacuum patterns in my carpet cause I know the vacuum got down in the fibers. It does vacuum both tile/wood floors as well as carpet and upholstry. I really like the fact that the canister will attach to the lower part of the base for storage. My others have to be stored separately, taking up more space. There is no onboard storage for the attachments however. Be sure to charge fully before use. I haven’t used it long enough to tell if the battery will hold up through a whole house cleaning, but I am very pleased with how it operated. I think this will be a very nice addition to my corded vac, also a Shark, I might add. They know how to build vacuums. I highly recommend this one!
