Its a very nice lightweight vacuum, but tge fact that I now have to contact Shark directly because the battery is already faulty beyond a basic troubleshooting repair guide in less that a month is just egregious and abhorrent. Buy a broom, it would be cheaper, faster, and infinitely more reliable than this wet wipe of a product.

Suction is ok. Brush is not tangle free and does not look like it does in the pictures. Battery life is about what I expected. Vacuums ahve gone downhill for the cost.

Battery life does not last long enough. Looking for something that would last longer…. Also feel that the suction was not the greatest. I ended up returning and getting same brand with cord.

We are Shark cuatomers, so when looking for a new vacuum we naturally went with Shark but were concerned about the power since it was cordless, once again they did not dissapoint and we love our powerful, reliable vacuum.

Better than the Dyson V7 so far which I returned because the battery life was horrible.

I picked this up because a lot of reviews said it was a great vacuum if you have pets, I’ve been using it for a couple weeks and it’s kinda disappointing, the battery dies off pretty quick, even quicker if you hold the trigger for more suction, and it really just traps all the fur to the bottom of the vacuum, doesn’t really pick it up, if you use it without the vac head, and just use the attachments it works decent, would I buy it again? Nope

its not as powerful as i thought it would be. battery dies quickly. takes too long to charge. it says 40 min run time. thats not true. maybe 20 mins

Bought this for my Mom. She loves it. Not too heavy and does a great job cleaning!

I was surprised when I went to use this stick vacuum. There is hardly any suction it only picks up what is on top of the floor. I expected a little more but I guess you get what you pay for.

Happy with this purchase. Been using Sharks for years and enjoy the power fins.

We bought this to replace an older vacuum that died suddenly. We liked that it was battery powered, was designed for pet-friendly homes, and best of all, you can use it either on the floor or as a handheld.

I bought this for my hard floors so I don’t have to constantly sweep. It does the job easily and fits almost all the way under the sectional. I wish the battery lasted longer but overall a great product.

Needed something to help with dog hair and this makes it so easy to pick up.

Everything to be expected from Shark!! My only complaint is the way you turn on the high suction mode. You have to pull a trigger to keep on high suction.

Very convenient and helpful around the house. A must have appliance.

the battery life was absolutely horrible. it says it lasts 30 or 40 minutes but I would get through a room or two before it would shut off. It was so annoying because it would shut off without any warning. Also, the suction isn't that great.
