Very light in weight and very powerful. We bought it because of the taggle in the brushes and it works, my wife has long hare and on my vac i have to cut off the hair of the cleanibg roller

When you pay $300 for a cordless vacuum, you expect near top of the line. Pros - looks nice, has FAIRLY decent suction and cleaning power. Cons - this is replacing a 15 year old Dyson cordless stick, so for the price I expected at least similar convenience and performance. The Dyson has a charging cradle that the entire unit snaps into and hangs from on the wall, you dont have to plug it in, just hang and go. The Shark does NOT. Nothing for storage and you physically have to find the cord and plug it in to charge. There is therefore NO storage for attachments, so basically find a box to toss them in and keep it nearby. The Dyson is light enough and designed so that you can leave the wand attached and empty the bin easily. Not so with the Shark, the floor head is much bigger and heavier, not necessarily a bad thing, but you have to remove the head to both empty and store. Inconvenient. It also states that the bin empties effortlessly. Not so, if you suck up any amount of pet hair, and this is a PET PLUS vacuum, you will HAVE to get your hand into the bin to get the hair past the plastic filter guard. Again, for the price, not really designed to be user friendly. Shame, had high hopes, it was a stretch giving 3 stars.

This vacuum works well on both the hard floor and carpet. And the head moves around well. I really like it. Moving the top off each time is a little awkward for me but worth it for usability.

Not as strong as I hoped and can clog easily but the charge does last long and it is lightweight. Was a gamble I do t regret but I was hoping it was a bit stronger

This is a great little vacuum! I bought it to keep up after getting a husky and I was able to use it several times between charges.

I love my vacuum, its lightweight, and so powerful, coordeless convenience. I highly recommend.

This vacuum gets the job done. I like that the top can be removed and stored on the vacuum. It is very loud, when switched to the deep carpet mode.

I don't know exactly how to rate this. I like this machine so much, I bought the first one in 2020 and I had some issues off an on with the roller, but kept it working until 2024 then it finally wouldn't turn any more. But it's so light and charges well that I bought another. This one is just at a year old and stopped working entirely.

Easy to set up and charge. Works very well. It has a powerful vacuum. The self-cleaning brush roll is a wonderful feature. Very happy with it.

I was hesitant as I have never owned a cordless vac before but this little thing is great. Picks up just as well as my regular shark but much easier to carrier throughout all 3 floors of house.

We needed a small vacuum to do stairs & this is perfect. Lots of power & suction. Battery could be better, but given it's size & torque od motor, its acceptable. Don't plan to do whole home, unless it's less than 1000ft.

Great for the first year. The battery does not hold a charge after 1 year so a replacement was needed. Great for pet hair up until then. Does get clogged pretty often but it's easy to take a part and unclog it. I'm not sure I would recommend this anymore, but if you had asked me 1 year ago I probably would have!! Maybe if you had a small house it would be ok cause the battery would last!

I have dogs German Shepherd (Shedder) and Sheltie. I bought this vacuum to suck up Wolf Bunnies between deep cleaning. I decided to use it for deep cleaning to see how it would do. It struggled to suck the hair off the carpet had to swipe 2 or 3 times. The battery does not last long had to charge for each room. The canister is small had to empty it 2 to 3 times for each room. It kept getting clogged in the brush and stick. It has so much hair stuck around the little wheels they will not move now. It does move around nicely. Around corners and under beds. It is ok for light cleaning or bare flooring.

We bought this vacuum to replace another Shark vacuum. We had that one for 10 years and it worked great the whole time, except hair always got stuck in the rollers and it was a problem to clean out. This new one has a different kind of rollers and the hair doesn't get stuck, so that's great. The feel is different, but it cleans very effectively. So far, we are very happy with it.

Light weight, good suction. The only thing I didnt like was how fast the battery died. I used it on my tile for the living room and dining room(total of 20 minutes) and it was dead. But at least it lasted the whole 20 minutes.

Great vacuum, very effective at cleaning floor and carpet. Also great for vehicle cleanups.

I moved into my newly constructed home which was full of dust and needed a truated vacuum. I have a large dog that sheds enough fur for another dog daily. This little vacuum tackled the construction dust like a pro and has been really good with thepet hair. Easy to clean, maneuver and use.

The noise is somewhat loud, but it is tolerable. The weight and size are just perfect. The additional parts are great, it is easy to reach the corners, and the light helps see the pet hair on the floor. The only thing I dislike is the time. The 40 minutes are not enough when you have more than one pet at home.

bought this vacuum for quick spot cleaning.Works great picks up dog hair and also cat litter.It is easy to use and the LED lights helps out and its easy to empty the dust bin.
