    Worst vacuum I have ever purchased!! The canister is a pain to remove and empty then put back on. It gets clogged up with pet hair. Will not stand up on its own have to find a good space to prop it up. I have only had it a few months and haven’t cared for it since the first week!

    Super disappointed in the durability and quality of this one. I have multiple Shark vacuums and have always loved them and their quality. It works okay, but the plastic is extremely cheap and not as good of a product as the others I have.

    Was disappointed with the purchase. Battery life was horrendous. The suction is not what I was looking for. I used to have Shark products for years, but this wasn't worth it. Returned and replaced with a Dyson.

    Everything was great EXCEPT the two little wheels at front of vacuum head. After only 3 uses the dogs hair got wrapped so tight I had to cut it out with razor knife. Poor design for animal vacuum

    I returned it after a week. You can't expect this vacuum to clean your whole house on one full charge.Also, there is no fast charging option. At this price point, the battery charge is terrible.
