Makes our carpets smell great!! Wish the battery lasted a little longer

Very nice vacuum, the odor neutralizer is a great addition, I have a Shark Navigator NV362 that had an unusual smell. It was coming from the motor itself, luckily Shark sent a replacement; But back to this stick vacuum. It's awesome and the removable battery is very convenient.

Fell in love with this vacuum as soon as I used it. Very easy to put together and was up an running within 5 minutes. Love the fact that it is wireless. We keep it upstairs next to kids playroom for easy access and quick cleanup. Has a couple of really cool features including some odor removal technology that seems to make the carpet and room smell fresh and clean while vacuuming. Also has smart clean technology in which the vacuum senses how much dirt, debris or mess there is on the carpet or floor and automatically increases or decreases the power of suction. The battery did not take long to charge at all and it is still running on first charge after a couple of long uses. It comes with a couple of different attachments which are easily put on to tackle the most difficult messes including dog hair and spots that are hard to reach. Easily turns into a powerful handheld vacuum. Stores nicely in our small utility closet upstairs. No hassle with finding an outlet to plug the vacuum into!

Very disappointed in the quality of this shark vacuum. No suction what so ever. I helped a friend clean for unexpected company and used her old shark cordless rocket. I was impressed with the suction and sturdiness so thought I'd get the new version. Sense IQ is horrible feature not an asset. Only really picks up on high power and then it's questionable on low pile area rug. No edge suction. Very small dust cup. Wand is flimsy. Not the quality I would expect of a shark product (which I have 2 other shark-an old upright and a pet lift away). I sure don't believe this cordless pro stick it is worth the money it costs.
