The cooling effect is nice but it doesn’t hold a charge very well and it didn’t make much of a difference for me.

I bought this a month ago and have used the mask exactly as directed. I have not noticed any improvement in my skin or the under-eye bags. The battery life is poor, and the mask feels clunky and uncomfortable to wear. I would not recommend this product.

Purchased for myself and was not impressed so I returned it. It’s states you should see noticeable difference in your under eyes after one use. I didn’t notice a difference at all. The cold plates for the under eyes can be a bit intense and not very pleasant. I would just do a full body red light at the salon.

The first time I saw this I thought that I give it a try, but didn't expect much from it. Once I received it, I hooked it up to the charger and let it charge for about an hour or so. Once charged, I started adjusting the strap that holds it on your head. I think they need to change the way that the strap is adjusted, because it will be tight on your face, but that may only be for the top part of your face and not the lower part. I couldn't adjust it to where it was tight around my entire face, only the upper part of my face. I also would like a feature that you can add something inside the mask parts of the eyes, because my eyelids are pretty dark too, and I would like to utilize this technology to see if it can help with that! I would also like tit if the remote can be charged while using it. It has been a couple times that I forgot to charge it, and when I'm ready to use it I have to charge it first and wait. I also think that it would be nice to have it adjustable to make it a little bit longer, because the mask didn't cover my entire chin. Now with that out-of-the-way, let's get to the good part! I've been using the mask now for about 30 days, and has had a really good experience with it! My face has a darker skin tone on parts than they do in others, but now my face skin tone is even and you can't even tell where the dark areas were now! I have really dark bags under my eyes that I've never been able to address, so I was hoping to get a little bit of help from the shark Cryoglow mask, and it helped a lot in such a short period of time! The bags under my eyes are hereditary, so I didn't think this mask would even have any results. Looking in the mirror now, I see my under eyes are much lighter than they were before I started using the mask! Last but not least, another great thing is my skin is much clearer now, then it was prior to mask use. It's crazy how less than 30 days of using this mask, I see these kind of results! I really believed I would need to use it a lot longer, and was ready to write a bad review if I didn't have any results for 30 days I used it! So I guess I was wrong all this time, when I believe that things like this were gimmicks, and just the way to make a quick buck! I have problem skin and it worked on me, so I definitely recommend anybody reading this get one as soon as possible!

Unboxing and Setup: Unboxing the Shark CryoGlow was pretty easy. Just needed to plug the included USBC charger in and charge the control handle. Then after reading the instructions, I tried the Better Aging Treatment, Skin Clearing and Under-Eye Revive. After 4 weeks of use: I found the Better Aging Treatment a fast 6 min every day while I am either playing a game on my phone or watching some evening tv. It goes quick. The feeling is a nice light cooling under my eyes and the light noise of the fans but nothing too loud. Initially I did not see much but over time I could see the skin in the corner of my eye’s showing less visible lines. It makes me feel younger. I liked the Under-Eye Treatment since you can adjust the time from 5-15 min, and it is a nice cooling also. After that is done my eyes seem less puffy and not so dark. Really it works. Obviously, the next day it seems to fade but that is why you use this daily. My Daughter used the Skin treatment and this was her experience. When it comes to skin cleaning treatment, she found that it is a very helpful tool to help with breakouts and acne scars. As a 17-year-old female with a new struggle of hormonal acne she had started a new skin medication in November 2024 so when she started using the mask she was in the middle of my skin purging from that medication in February 2025. When she started using the mask four weeks ago, she had bad scaring and cystic acne on her cheeks mainly. Now her skin is smooth with still some scars, but she finds that the mask cools down her inflamed skin and helps her to clean it before she goes to bed. She may truly never know if the mask was the reason for her skin cleaning up so quickly or if it was the effects of her new Benzoyl peroxide medication, or if it could be a mix of the two. Either way the Shark Cyroglow Face Mask has brought a positive impact to our skin. While using the mask she sat on her phone and there really is no comfortable way to lay down or use the mask while on your phone since the eye holes are so small. Also, the cooling eye pieces inside the mask tend to dig into her cheeks and leave red marks since the only comfortable way to wear the mask is propped on a pillow sitting up. She has only used the mask for about 4 weeks as of right now but even during those four weeks she saw visible changes and look forward to using it for the full 12 weeks to truly see the difference. One negative for is the comfort of it, when it comes to winding down at the end of the day. If you weren’t looking at your phone or even watching tv instead I could see how it can probably be more comfortable to use. Also, just something to note is the loud fan the mask has, I didn’t truly notice it but when spending the night with friends they complained of the noise of the mask being very loud, so just something to think about. In summary this is a very neat product, and we found it very useful and innovative. I would recommend it and hopefully the fans can get quitter, and an App could track the progress to remind you to use it. Nice that multiple members of the family can use. Also only over long term use can we determine how effective this is if not used daily.

I've been using the Shark Cryoglow for about 4 weeks now. I've never had experience with any of the other red LED masks on the market. First impressions is that the mask is well built and sturdy. The mask is a hard plastic with a built in wired controller that can be charged with the supplied USB-C charger. The mask isn't just and LED red light treatment, it's also has under eye cooling which should reduce puffiness and they offer a few sizes of eye coolers that you can put on the mask. The mask has adjustable straps to fit your head no matter what size it is. As the instructions state you should charge it up completely before using it the first time. Using it the first time you'll choose your program that you want to start with. There's Better Aging, Skin Clearing, Skin Sustain and Under eye revive where only the under eye chillers are on. The mask not only uses red LED therapy but blue light which is supposed to reduce acne, and deep infrared which is said to increase collagen production. Choose what program you think you may want to continue using and go with that and keep it up consistently. The mask fits well and isn't a bother to wear. I can read my phone and talk with it on without issue. I usually use it in the bed but if I wanted to get up and walk around there is a clip to clip on your pocket or pants or wherever. The under eye cooling technology is actually pretty amazing. It almost freezes your eye bags instantly. The first time I tried it it felt almost too cold on the coldest setting but eventually I got used to it. If it ends up being too cold for you you can choose a lesser setting. Results: Both me and my spouse have used this for about 4 weeks. I honestly have noticed less blemishes and acne on both mine and my spouses face after weeks of use. My spouse has said the same thing. My skin feels slightly tighter and more healthy. The under eye treatment is more noticeable as you can see and feel less puffiness if used early in the morning. I fully expect for my skin to continue to improve over the next few weeks I will say you will have to keep the charging cord with you if traveling with the CryoGlow, as you will only get 2 full sessions of the skin clearing treatment (which is the longest at 8 min) and your mask will die midway thru the third treatment. Just leave it on the charger when not in use and you'll be good to go and it'll be ready when you need it. All in all looking at the plethora of competition to this mask with other LED anti aging masks that have flooded the market, the Shark Cryoglow is at the top of the list. Is it the cheapest? No, but shark is known for their research and development and making quality products that they stand by. If you're looking for an addition to bump up your face care regiment look at the Cryoglow and you won't be disappointed.

Used 4 times and it stopped working. I know these are new products that need to work out issues but for the price, that is not justified.

This is really an interesting device that will probably have you asking, "does it work". Short answer is it sure seems to having used it for several weeks. First, lets cover it's build and ease of use. It feels very well thought out and built well. It doesn't feel so delicate that it won't last. The photos of it might have you thinking it would be heavy to wear on your face but that's not the case at all. Once you get it adjusted just right you can easily forget you are wearing it (well, until you look in the mirror :-) ). it's charged with a USB-C cable and an included charger. One thing to know is that you don't need to sit with this on for hours at a time. There are various settings depending on what you are using it for, but most sessions are only around 4, 6 or 8 minutes. The controller is easy to use and has a nice screen that is easy to read. The light that is emitted is not disturbing at all. Obviously you really don't see it when it's on your face. And it doesn't really get very warm. Now, does it work? After daily use for the last several weeks I would say yes, but your millage may vary. I would say that the pores feel smaller and the skin feels a bit tighter. I also feel like the bags under my eyes have been reduced some. Is it a night & day difference, no, but it has only been a few weeks so to see any results in that time is very encouraging. I am anxious to see what continued use will do. Keep in mind to follow the instructions. You will want to have clean, makeup free skin when using. I would say if you have been thinking about a skin mask like this, that this is a worthy product from a top name that works.

I rarely break out and I always get a lot of sleep, so I don’t have too much trouble with acne or eye bags, but I’m in my mid-40’s and am starting to notice that I’m aging a bit. I bought one of the cheap, flexible LED masks from Amazon and wasn’t sure that was doing anything. The first thing you notice when you open the Shark mask is how much nicer it is than the masks all over Amazon. It kind of looks like a non-wooden version of the mask that Jim Carrey wore in that movie in 1994. Type next step is to charge it via USB-C. The unit operates via a hardwired battery/control pack. There’s a roller wheel with a push in to click mechanism, a back button, a chill button, and a color LCD screen. It’s very simple - you choose acne, wrinkles, or maintain, pop the mask on with super easy adjustments, and let it go for 4-8 minutes, depending on the program. You can see through the eye holes and breathe, so it’s really convenient and simple. There’s a hook on the control pack so you can walk around with it, but the programs are so short, I just use it when I’m watching TV. The lights change colors as the program goes and when you’re done, progress is tracked. The coolest feature is the under eye cooling pads. They’re metal and they get super cold. Not sure how a wireless device without a compressor gets cold, but it does. I have no idea if it’s working, but it is a very cold compress and people have been using it for years so I guess it’s good for me. I like to use this at least once a day because it’s very easy and convenient and because if it does do something, I’ll be better off for it. Anything to have clearer skin and stay young!
