This product seems to be working as advertised, we were a little skeptical at first, but if you use it regularly, it does help with the skin and really does do a good job. We were very surprised with the cooling feature, however, it does it, it seems like the latest technology for cooling under the eyes, really amazing product and well worth the amount we spent on it.

It's really well built. The cooling feature feels very nice and I believe is an effective way to give your skin a boost, just don't expect huge changes...maybe a 10 to 15% of improvement.
