The battery lasts for a decent amount of time, allowing for plenty of cleaning to get done without having to stop and recharge. Works beautifully on our area rugs and couch. This is the biggest concern. Think about this before making the decision..

This model requires approximately 6 hours for a full charge to reach optimal runtime. If you're charging for less time, that could affect performance.
