Very nice like the self emoting feature and all the attachments. Lights on the head of roller get right to the area you need to see . Wife very happy as well!

Only down fall is my wife thinkis it should suck up large debris and stops it up lol

I love the ease and power of operation. Plus ability to use as a hand vac for tight spaces helps immensely not to mention the long runtime and automatic empty system.

So this is not my first shark cordless vac ive owned so i know their quality is usually great but for some reason im disappointed with this unit. Its lightweight but it feels very cheap and flimsy while vaccuming (on carpet). The roller head easily gets tangled up with hairs and i spent 30 minutes last night trying to unclog the main tube of the vaccuum. At first i couldnt tell why it wasnt sucking up debri off the floor and just spitting it back out, it was over heating and automatically shutting off on me. I did some research and it said it could be clogged and after taking apart the whole vaccum i saw it was very very very clogged already. Ive owned this for only about a month and my carpet is short so i don’t understand how it got that clogged. What was even worse is the area that clogged up was nearly inaccessible. If this continues to happen im returning this. It was a great deal at purchase but unfortunately im having regrets. If you want a vaccuum with the auto empty i would do the more expensive one. That vacuum atleast feels of much better quality and is a much more powerful unit.

Cleans well at highest settings, but the battery dies very quickly. Good for use in small spaces but not whole home.

Have bought so many “name brand” stick vacuums and this one outperforms them by a long shot. The auto empty feature is a definite winner for me.

Works way better than expected. It has a strong suction, light weight very easy to use and charge.

This vacuum is very easy to used. It moves seamlessly from hard floors to carpet. It does work better on hard floors, but is overall a great vacuum. The auto empty is great too!

Works as described only issue is that there is only one nozzle tool holder with the base station when two comes with unit.

Well packaged for delivery and delivery truck was careful . Good value on this. Order process was seamless .
