I bought this vacuum for my hard floors and it works great! I have used it several times and I don’t have any complaints. We have 2 kids and 2 dogs and it keeps up!

We did alot of research before picking this vacuum. We have always had no problems from Shark but this is the nicest vacuum I've ever had. I'm not disappointed.

As a previous Dyson owner, I must say that, The Shark is a Fantastic vacuum that does as good a job at times better for a much much better price.

The unit has the flexibility of getting to the narrow places without having move things around. Easy to clean and does a great job.

Picks up everything! We love the light on the end of the vacuum, we have pets and it shows the hair on the hardwoods

still learning to operate but it does do an excellent job picking up cat fur and dust I didn't realize was in the house.

Is it possible to love a vacuum? Yes it is. I like the mobility and it really cleans my tile and hardwood floors. Great value!

Our recent purchase of the Shark DuoClean Lift-Away NV801 Speed vacuum has turned out to be a very good purchase. The Best Buy rep. was very helpful.

She works like a charm !! I can't get my old lady off of it !! She says it gets better gas mileage than the old one !!! All kidding aside, works great in many ways !!!

This is by far the best vacuum I have owned I personally think it's way better then the dyson this is just an awesome vacuum

the shark has a great lightweight design that let's you get in and out of those hard to reach places, with ease

The shark duo vacuum cleaners is such great vacuum cleaner the it even cleans the air when using it.

My daughter loves it, gave it to her as a gift. Thinking about getting it for myself but my old one still working.

Compact and light weight it still has tremendous power and is very versital for stairs and under furniture.

We bought this vacuum almost a year ago and called Shark about it's warranty due to the roller section motor failing and causing damage to the floor section (it melted through the side). Unfortunately they do not warranty the bottom section, and originally wanted to charge me almost $90 for this part. After a little work I got it down to half. Better than the cost of a new one. Otherwise the system works very well for cleaning!
