After setting it up we scheduled it to run while we are asleep nightly. It is loud however, but our room is upstairs so it's tolerable. It works great for dog hair, which was the main reason we purchased it. It has gotten stuck several times and ran the battery out. Just something that can happen so be aware.

Quiet effective on pet hair on carpet!

I need a robot that worked on carpet and picked up pet hair. I chose this one because it was QUIET and because the vertical part was low enough to fit under a bedside table. I run in it daily, as soon as I wake up as I leave the bedroom. Works great!

The filter was dirty, there was debris in the chambers, scratch and scruff marks in side along with wheels are squeaking. Recently the device is having hard time going back to dock. I hover and watch and the dock is less than 15ft from where it is on loop. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact Best Buy for an exchange because the one they sent me is no where near “excellent” condition. I made 6 attempts to contact customer service 3 of the calls ended with a representative putting me on hold only to hear that devastating click after 45 minute call. A little too ironic. My review would be more positive if I receive an unused and non-defective vacuum.
