Depuffi is the real winner here

So honestly the Depuffi attachment is the whole reason to get this thing, that alone was a big winner for me and I genuinely think Sharper Image could sell it on its own because it's just that good and the heating and cooling on it actually works really well and you can feel a noticeable difference when you're using it, it's one of those things where you're like okay this is actually doing something and it feels really nice. Now, the exfoliating attachment is supposed to be the big selling point, but it's kind of a hit-or-miss. The wide tip works really well and does its job, but when it comes to the T-zones, the suction just doesn't seem to cooperate, which is a little frustrating. One thing to know is that if you use it for a long time without emptying the chambers, they will start to leak, so just keep an eye on that. The other thing I'll say is if you're someone who doesn't wear a lot of makeup and already has a pretty thorough cleaning routine you might not get a ton out of this honestly because most of what comes out is just dead skin that was going to shed anyway, but if you do wear makeup it does a really solid job getting into your pores and getting at all that leftover product which is impressive. The Detox AHA + BHA Exfoliating Gel and the Hydro Fuse are fine; I didn't really notice much of a difference with either, so they're just kind of there. Battery life is actually pretty good, though, and lasts a long while, which is nice. Also worth mentioning the traveling case is massive, like way bigger than you'd expect so just be prepared for that if storage space is a concern. Bottom line: Worth it primarily for the Depuffi if sold separately and at a reasonable price. The rest is functional but only okay. Makeup wearers will get the most out of it; minimalist skincare folks may not notice much return on investment.

I've never had a professional facial so I didn't know what to expect with this home unit. I really appreciated the high end packaging! It made everything feel like it was at the professional level. I also love how both the exfoliation and the heating and cooling unit both use the same battery base. I charged before first use and after a week, it's still not drained. The guide was super helpful though I still don't have it down to the timing as described in the booklet. I used the heater to prepare my face for the detox mode. It helped to open pores. The unit came with 4 tips normal and sensitive, each of those having a T-zone and a regular. the first time I used the normal skin tips. These were a bit much for me because when moving over the skin, it was actually painful. I worked to lower the intensity as well as change the tips and that helped. I did use the provided Detox serum for that step. After that step, I used the Infuse in the reservoir to increase hydration in the unit. My face felt very nice after this step! I then switched out the top unit to the DePuffi attachment and ran it on the cool setting. This felt wonderful! I have noticed some purging since and that was also mentioned in the guide. I'm glad that they did mention it or I would have probably stopped using the unit. This is a great tool to add to my skincare routine.

    Great At-Home Facial

The Shark FacialPro Hydro-Powered System is a spa day in between spa days. The device and accessories are all packaged very nicely and the instructions were easy to understand. The battery part of the device came with a partial charge, but it is still recommended to fully charge if before first use. I found that the facial device provided a toned-down version of a more expensive hydrafacial at a spa. I first tried the gentle tips and didn't feel like it was very effective. I then tried the normal tips and they felt more like how I was expecting. The increased suction power was noticible. If you have very sensitive skin, I can see how one may want to use the gentle tips. However, I think the normal tips are suitable for most people. I also found the wide tip to be more useful than the t-zone tip. I found the t-zone tip only useful for the area between my eyes. The wide tip worked more efficiently for the rest of my face. The claim is that you can see the results in the gunk tank. I think this is a bit of a marketing gimmick. You're instructed to wash your face before running through the routine, which I did. I'm thinking this will affect what's deposited in the gunk tank. My tank just looked like cloudy water. I'm sure most of the cloudiness was from the Detox solution that you're to apply before using the device. That being said, my face did feel cleaner than just washing my face. After emptying the tank, the next step is to hydrate. You squeeze the Infuse serum into the dispense section to hydrate your face with hyaluronic acid. This felt refreshing, but since you're still using the same suction device, I'm left wondering how this gets into your skin more than just applying HA to your skin with your fingers. I'm not too convinced on the effectiveness of this step. I ended with the DePuffi InstaChill mode. This felt great! I was amazed how it got so cold, so quickly. The instructions stated this step lasts for 4 minutes. That gave me the impression that the device would turn itself off after 4 minutes. It didn't. Maybe my misinterpretation. Overall, I'd have to say I like the Shark FacialPro Hydro-Powered System. It's a great at-home facial treatment. I feel it's not meant to replace a professional facial, but it could certainly extend the time between getting those expensive facials.

The Shark - FacialPro Glow At Home Hydro-Powered Facial System is a great concept and I really like the way it is packaged. It’s an all-in-one facial system that combines cold and heat to de-puff and all is a unique suction device to rid skin of oil and dirt. It is easy to put together and the instructions are very accurate. It comes with essentially three different attachments. The first one is the cold de puffing attachment. I love how this feels on the skin. You push the bottom and can control the amount of cold you use. It feels so good gliding over the skin. There is an insert that shows the directions and areas to target. This de-puffing attachment can also be switched to heat. This also feels great on the skin and the heat level can be adjusted very easily as well. I really enjoyed both the cold & the heat on my face. The other feature of the unit is the suction attachment that has different tops for smaller or larger areas and for normal or soft suction. This took a little bit of trial and error to figure it out. Filling of the reservoir and changing the tips were easy. It was a little difficult to get the suction on the skin to work correctly. The concept was good, but the top would kind of skip across the skin and lose suction. After awhile and working at different angles it worked better. Overall, my skin felt very soft afterwards and the cold/heat function felt really good. Only time will tell if it helps with puffiness under the eyes. It has a self clean cap that makes it easy to clean.

I received the Shark FacialPro Glow At Home Hydro-Powered Facial System in Blue. The FacialPro Glow is straightforward to use. It took a little time for me to get use to the many steps, but the instructions were clear, and the controls were simple. By my third time using the device, I was familiar enough to use it without instructions. There are various steps involved with the facial itself, starting with applying the AHA/BHA Detox gel. After three minutes, it was time to do the first pass of the hydro-facial, using 10ml of water. This three-minute step decongests the impurities that had been loosened by the gel. As recommended, I used the wide tip for most of my face and switched to the thinner tip for my T-zone. The tip provided just enough suction with the water jet for me to feel like it was exfoliating my skin, without being overpowering. It felt gentle and lightly ticklish, but never uncomfortable. The next step was to repeat this using the Infuse BHA toner in the water tank. As both exfoliations took place, the “gunk” tank filled with murky water. This was water from the clean tank mixed with the excess oil, sebum and dead skin cells extracted during exfoliation. I also noticed a few specks in the dirty tank, a sure-fire sign it was cleansing more from my skin than my usual cleanser. I did notice my skin getting a little red during this step, which was short-lived, a little pinkness is common and should settle within a few hours; very sensitive skin can take up to 72 hours. The FacialPro Glow is an effective at-home facial device that you shouldn’t be afraid to try if you follow the instructions carefully. In my experience, it made my skin feel smoother and more glowy.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I received this facialpro glow. I think we've all seen the pore vacuums of the past and that was kind of what I had in mind when I was opening this. I was surprised to see all of the different tip options and how neatly everything fit in the high quality case this comes in. The case keeps everything organized and seems like it will help the tips get air/circulation to aid in drying after cleaning and using the facialpro glow. You get a small amount of both step 1 and step 2 facial liquids to get started and try everything out. I'm curious to see how long the liquids last as it sounds like you should be doing the whole multi step facial process about once a week. The different tips for normal and sensitive skin were a bonus and three levels of suction make this easy to find what your skin can tolerate. I found my skin looked nice and felt moisturized after using. I'll continue to use and see if there is a noticeable difference in pore size or breakouts. The best feature of the facialpro glow is definitely the heating and cooling settings for depuffing and increasing blood flow. There are multiple temperature settings so you can customize that as well but I've found I use both each day and love how it feels. The cooling is great for under eyes and makes me feel more refreshed. The heat setting feels great when doing a mild lymph massage. I've had a lot of fun using it and think this is a nice way to pamper yourself at home.

The Shark - FacialPro Glow At Home Hydro-Powered Facial System comes in a lovely box with several sections of the various parts. I felt a little intimidated with using this for the first time since it seemed complex, however the instruction booklet was wonderful with colored photos. Many times products expect you to download an app to get started but these instructions took you through step-by-step. The Depuff attachment provides both cold and heat. The cold is very cold & very refreshing. Both the hot & cold have temperature adjustments. It also allows you to use your own serum or facial oil. The device glides over your face and neck and is very relaxing. It can be used daily. Then the next treat is using the Weekly Pro Glow & you switch the attachment to the charged battery. This one comes with two products to use on your face. You add water to a small tank and attach a wide tip. At first I had trouble figuring out the tips since I spilled them out of the box. They were well labeled had I not done this but the instruction booklet showed the details of the 4 tips. I didn’t like this activity quite as well but it is just a weekly routine. I have very nice skin for my age so I have never thought I actually needed something like this, but when I got done, I couldn’t believe how soft & smooth my skin was. This is a very nice, easy to use device. The one thing that I had some concern about was the need to replenish the two products but again, given how lovely my face felt after using, I think it is worthwhile. I can’t wait to try this on my husband.

I’ve been using the Shark FacialPro Glow for a little while now, and it’s honestly become one of my favorite self-care tools. First off, it looks really sleek and feels lightweight in your hand. It’s not bulky or confusing, which I appreciate because I don’t want a 20-minute tutorial before washing my face. It feels sturdy and well-made. The best part? The glow is real. After using it, my skin looks brighter and smoother right away. It gives that fresh I just left a facial appointment vibe without actually having to book one. My cheeks especially look more glowy, and my skin feels super soft. I’ve also noticed that my serums and moisturizers seem to sink in better afterward, which makes my whole routine feel more effective. I like that it’s gentle but still makes a difference. Some at-home devices I've used before have left my face red and irritated, but this one leaves my skin feeling clean and fresh instead of sensitive. It’s easy to work into a weekly routine, and it honestly makes skincare feel a little more fun. If you love the results of professional facials but don’t love the price tag or the hassle of appointments, this is such a good alternative. It’s simple, effective, and gives you that healthy, glowy look without leaving your house. Overall, I’d definitely recommend it if you want brighter, smoother-looking skin with minimal effort.

This amazing system is worth the investment, and if you use it three whole times then it's paid for itself compared to spa facials... plus you don't have to leave your house... so if you're stuck on a meeting (that could have been an email) and you don't have to have your camera or mic on... take a few minutes and escape it all and your skin will truly glow afterwards. I just cannot say enough good about this system, when I first received it at my door I was a little intimidated by the size of the box, but that was solely the packing box, the actual case that holds the device and all of its components is smaller than my travel makeup bag so I can throw it in my roller-bag and not have to sacrifice any sacred space. It does come with a lot of instructions but don't let that overwhelm you, the instructions are a lot of photos walking you through each step so that you get the best results and once you go through it once, you should have the hang of it. I LOVE the Depuffi attachment and keep it at my desk so that I can take a minute every now and then and use the heat or ice feature to relax for just a simple and easy break from daily stress... just a moment for yourself!

As a busy mom, I don't get a lot of time to make it to the spa for a facial. I've been in the market for products I could use at home in my "free time" to take better care of my skin. This product appealed to me as I've had good experiences with other Shark products so I was anxious to give this a try. I have to admit opening the box was a little intimidating, but after I read all the instructions and information I felt pretty confident that I could use the product corrected. It was actually a lot easier than I expected. The instruction booklet walks you through every step including the order to use products, what to expect from the device, and instructions on how to use it on your face and neck. I appreciate the warning to wear SPF after use as I needed the reminder. I was a little relieved that the device itself pauses when you need to take different actions. This was very helpful with ensuring that I followed the steps correctly without needing to try to time myself while using the device on my face. I thought it might be a super lengthy process, but the device use is actually only 10 minutes paired with minor pauses to change out things like the regular tip to the t-zone tip. I would encourage anyone using the product to ensure that they read everything carefully, including the stickers that indicate the different parts of the device. Information that is also available in the booklet. I found myself struggling to remove the battery hub to switch it to the depuffer device but felt a little dumb when I realized that there was a release button. It was much easier with the release button, and it did not appear that I damaged the device, but I wish I had better read the instructions. Overall, my experience using the product was good. I used the sensitive tips to play it safe, but I think I will try the other tips in the near future. There is a weekly routine suggested so I have not yet had an opportunity to use the product multiple times. The booklet offers a decoding guide for the color of the gunk compartment and mine suggested that I didn't have much going on. Knowing my own skin though, I would have expected to see more evidence that the device was working. I'm anticipating that with the other tips and more experience to ensure I'm using it properly, the results will better indicate that but I would have preferred to have immediately seen a difference beyond my skin just feeling a little nicer. I was excited to see that, with the sensitive tip, I did not experience much in the way of redness or irritation. I look forward to having more experiences with the product. I'm optimistic that it will over time help meet my needs for an at home facial.

Do Your Own Facials At Home

If you are looking for the latest at home facial, then this might be what you are looking for. You will get the power hub and charging cable, an exfoliation attachment, Depuffi attachment, cleaning brush for attachments, user guide, quick start guide, and it even comes with an exfoliating gel called Detox and a BHA hydrator called Infuse. You also get two sets of tips, one set for sensitive skin and one for normal skin. Each set has a wide tip for the cheeks and a T-zone tip for your forehead, nose and chin areas. The tips, attachments and power hub and cable come in a very nice case to keep everything together, which for me is a big time saver because I won’t be searching around to find all the different attachments every time I need to use them. To start my daily routine, I washed my face as I normally would with the products of my choice. Once my face is dry, I applied my usual moisturizer and start with the Depuffi attachment. The “Instachill” setting is very cool and helps to reduce my morning puffiness and I noticed a difference right away with the Instachill setting. I then switch to the “Instaheat” and this warmth (no hotter that a really warm washcloth) helps make my skin look and feel smooth and radiant. I have also used it for tension in my neck at the end of a long day and it feels really good and relieves some of my tension. After doing my morning routine with this device, I can head out for the day knowing I look and feel my best. Of note and I find very important for my skin care - Every Sunday I will do my weekly routine of washing my face and then using the exfoliation attachment. This works in two sessions, with the first exfoliating my skin and removing a lot of impurities from my skin. I apply a thin layer of the “Detox” on my face and leave it for about 3 minutes. I then use cool water in the attachment and run it all over my face, switching out the tips as needed for the different areas of my face. To give my skin a boost of moisture, I will then rinse out the machine and use the “Infuse” serum all over my face switching out the tips as needed again. Once that is all done, I apply my usual moisturizer and use the Depuffi on cool and run it all over my face to calm my skin. I find this weekly ritual to be very important in my skin care routine. I highly recommend the Shark FacialPro Glow for all that it does and considering how much a hydro facial can cost, this is worth the investment. It has left my face feeling and looking great.

Let me start out by saying that, upon opening the box, you'll probably feel pretty intimidated–at least that's how I felt. It looks like a very complicated device, and it comes with quite a few instructions/things to read. Make. Sure. You. Read. The Instructions. (I'm the type of person who likes to figure it out as I go, and with this, you can't) Before using the facial system, you'll need to charge it fully. It says to allow around 3-4 hours before first use, which I thought was a bit inconvenient, but it seemed to fully charge in about 2 hours for me. What I tried first, because I was most interested in it, was the depuffing features. It was incredibly easy to use the instachill and instaheat settings. Make sure you apply a moisturizer or serum to a clean face, turn the device on, and follow the instructions on how to glide it on your face. Each session lasts only 4 minutes. While I didn't notice a difference the first time I tried both the chill and heat settings, I did start to notice I was less puffy in my face by the third day of use. It's an easy, less than 10 minute thing to add to my morning, and I do believe I'll have lasting results the more I use it. Now on to the facial side of things. I've only used this device once so far so I don't really have any great results yet. I suspect it'll take at least another time of use before I see a shift, whether it be positive or negative. This is where you make sure you read the instructions very carefully. The products you use here (AHA & BHA) can cause some bad skin reactions if you use other products that might contain other acids or clashing ingredients. I have sensitive skin in the sense that my face turns red easily. I've never had any problems with any product or facial I've recieved though, so I used the normal tips. Before beginning exfoliating, it's recommended to use the instaheat setting first to prep your skin. Next, apply a thin layer of the Derm Detox product all over your face and after 3 minutes begin exfoliating and extracting by filling up the tank with cool water (i used distilled) and attaching the wide tip. Glide the device over your face as instructed and stop about half way through the 3 minutes to switch out the wide tip for the t-zone tip and finish out the session. After comes the hydro infuse session where you fill the tank with the hydro infuse product and glide over your face again. It's recommended to close out by using the instachill setting. After trying this 1 time, it felt very unnatural to me. I don't think I got the suctioning down right because it's all about how you hold the device. This is something that over time you'll get better at so don't be discouraged if you don't see the results you expected after the first try. All in all, I'm excited to keep trying this product out once a week for the exfoliating side. I'll def. be using it every day for the depuffing benefits. The biggest downsides I see are that it's an obvious learning curve and you have the keep buying the product for this. When I looked into refills it looks to be about $50 for both products in a bundle. I do think they'll last at least 2 months with weekly use though so maybe it's not terrible. Will I replace the professional facials I get every 10 weeks with this? Absolutely not. But it's something nice to add to your self care routine if you can afford it.

Facials are something that are relatively new to me. As a woman in my mid 30s, I am finally seeing why skincare is important. I ordered this machine for my teen daughter and I both to use. This comes with two sepeperate machines. One is for depuffing and the other one sucks and clenses the face. The depuffing unit is AMAZING!! This machine can get very hot or very cold in just a few seconds. It is honestly astonsishing how warm and cold it actually gets! I prefer the cold setting. In a pinch, I have even used it as a portable ice pack. I get migraines and often need cold on the back of my neck to relieve them. This has helped there as well. When I used the depuffer on my daughter and you could visibly notice the difference within minutes. The other machine helps remove blemishe and other facial impurities while also moisturizing and clensing the face. My daughter is going through puberty acne. We have been using this machine to aid in clearing it up. Its intresting to open it up to see all of the blemishes it sucked up when we are done using it. It also has a self clensing cycle which makes clean up a breeze.

I have used this twice since I got it- waited 7 days between. Since I turned 60 I have really been looking at my skin and I thought this would be perfect. So, first use I noticed it didn’t “glide” over my face. Short choppy movements is the best way to describe it. I did use the sensitive pieces. After about a minute it started to move easier but only when I dragged it downward and you should never pull down on your face- always up and back. The tank that fills after the first part was filled with pretty clean looking stuff when I was done. In the machines defense, I do not use any face makeup besides mascara. I followed the instructions and when my face was red, the cold settling while putting on my night cream was nice. It’s even nicer in the morning to cool down the sleep puff! Anyway, I figured the second time would be better and no. It was not. Still no gliding no matter how lightly I used it. The other thing I do not like is that you have to use their chemicals. Not completely sure if it’s good for my skin and an added expense. ***the Cold part is excellent!!! Perfect for morning puff and evening tiredness. This is all 2 stars of the 2 I gave. I’ll stick to my scrubby once a week- much cheaper and I have control.

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re sorry to hear that the device hasn’t been working as smoothly as you expected, especially with the lack of glide even when using the sensitive attachments, and your concerns about pulling downward on the skin. We understand how disappointing this can be when you’re hoping to add something helpful to your skincare routine, and it’s completely understandable to have questions about the required solutions and how they may affect your skin. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the cold feature, which many customers love for reducing puffiness and soothing the skin, and we’re happy it worked well for you. Still, we want to make sure the entire experience feels comfortable and beneficial, not just one part of it. We’d really like the opportunity to look into the issues you’re experiencing to better understand what happened and see how we can help. Please contact our customer service team at 1‑855‑427‑5127, available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ET. Your concerns have been noted, and we’re here to support you with the next steps. Kind regards, Shark Clean

Tested the Shark-FacialPro Glow At Home Hydro-Powered Facial System. When reading the materials it states you can tell a difference within about 9 minutes and in addition to this you should notice a difference within approximately two weeks. I decided to select the Wide Tip and T-Zone tip for sensitive skin users. It comes with a starter kit that includes these parts as well as a normal wide and t-zone tips. When using the unit called the Depuffi attachment I placed the wide tip into the device. This was after I applied the AHA+BH serum on my face. I allowed it to sit for about 3 minutes. Then I turn the device on to exfoliate and extract. I had filled the tank with cool water. As I used the device I could see the water that was being used go into the second tank, as this I am assuming is getting rid of the dead skin. Then I put in the Hdro Infuse serum and used the wide tip and t-zone tip as well. At the end I decided to use the Instachill to soothe my skin. I could feel tingling with using the device. The booklet states this is normal. Usually when I use products exfoliate and try new things it takes my skin time to adjust. For right now I am going to say that I haven't noticed any flair ups. The devices seem to work pretty well. Given a few weeks time, I will update my review if I see there is a major difference. I did like how the Instachill cooled the face down. That was nice. Pros: Skin feels soft and nice Feels clean Cons: None at this time.

I would recommend this to a friend
