Switching between the hair dryer and the various styling attachments is seamless. It’s not just a styling tool—it’s like having a mini salon at home. The fact that it dries and styles at the same time saves so much time, especially on busy mornings. Favorite Attachments     •    Curling Barrels: I love how easy it is to create soft, bouncy curls without the risk of extreme heat damage. The barrels work with airflow, making them much gentler on my hair.     •    Round Brush: When I want a bit more volume and a polished look, the round brush does wonders—it’s like a professional blowout, but at home. Ease of Use The tool is surprisingly lightweight and ergonomic. Even during longer styling sessions, my arms don’t feel tired. The controls are intuitive, and the attachments lock securely in place. Results I’ve noticed my hair feels healthier since switching to the FlexStyle. The temperature control ensures I’m not overexposing my hair to heat, and the ionizing technology really minimizes frizz. My styles last longer, too—whether it’s curls, waves, or a straight, sleek finish. What Could Be Better The learning curve with the curling barrels was a bit steep at first, but after a few tries, I got the hang of it. Wow! Shark FlexFusion Air is a game changer. My wife and I have been using this for a week and it's such a time saver. Blow drying is so efficient. It's smaller and quieter than a typical blow dryer but works much faster. The unit is light with a heavy duty cord that helps prohibit cord tangles. All the accessories are very useful but I really wished it came with an accessory holder. The hair curler has a bit of a learning curve but it is a huge time save because it curls and dries the hair at the same time. There are two different attachments depending on the side you are curling. It's safer because you don't have a hot curling iron warming up on the counter. This is just grab and style. The other attachments are really easy to use and fun to style with. It produces a lot of heat and air for a small package. The scalp saver cools the air down to not dry out your scalp or fry your hair. I would definitely recommend this. It's a time saver and a space saver. One unit with all the attachments eliminates the needs for multiple stylers.

I requested this product for my wife, who is a hairstylist by trade. I figured that she would be able to put this product through the proper tests, at home. Here is what she said about the Shark FlexFusion Air: I love the Shark FlexFusion! My favorite feature is the ability to style on dry hair to do a refresh and not dry out the hair with too much heat. This is a fast and easy way to look your best. The curling wands take some practice to master but it gives a great style with bountiful curls. The barrel brush can be used on wet hair to dry or on dry hair for a quick refresh. The other unique feature is the very powerful dryer that comes with scalp protection. It is also great for wavy or curly hair blowouts and leaves the hair healthy and shiny. I was not able to use the Frizzfighter finishing tool as the other products did an amazing job. I did have an issue with the fusion brush catching my extensions. Once I got the hang of it, I was able to work around this and the final results were great! Overall the quality and design is amazing and I would recommend this product.

The Shark Fusion Air drying system with scalp shield mode is an amazing hair drying system. You get everything you need to get that perfect finish and style for you hair. My daughter does competitive cheer and is ALWAYS doing her hair. At competitions, fast hair drying is a must and the Shark Fusion is amazing. My daughter has been using this to do her hair before practice and she loves it! All the attachments work great. The wet/dry fusion brush drys quickly and safely. My daughters favorite attachment is the auto wrap curlers. She loves the curl she gets with them! All the attachments work well but the main ones she’s been using are the curlers and fusion brush. Another really cool feature is the Fusion’s ability to rotate to a 90 degree angle to use as a traditional blow dryer. Very cool! The Shark Fusion Air drying system is a hit with the ladies in our household. It is a high quality product with lots of versatility. If you’re looking for a great hair drying system definitely pick this up!

One of my girls does some modeling and has a head of gorgeous, thick, blonde hair. Unfortunately curling and styling her hair is always a bit of a trudge so when I saw that Shark was offering the FlexFusion Air + Ceramic Styling & Drying System with Scalp Shield Mode I immediately picked one up. Shark's experience in "moving air" was surely a leg up on competitors and my experience with their other products gave me confidence in their product quality, functionality and support. Opening the box is like having a user's guide at your fingertips! There are full color photos and text illustrating the FlexFusion's setup and features. The product feel solid in your hands and offers a generous number of attachments. As with other Shark products there is evidence of some very clever engineering. For example the wand features a pivoting action that converts it a multi-speed, multi-temperature blow dryer with plenty of volume! The scalp shielding mode keeps the hot part of the iron away from the outside of the barrel so she can safely use it or lay it down and not worry about burning herself or someone else. However, the air intake is located where her hand wants to grasp the wand and so she ends up blocking the air flow! Being able to blow dry and curl simultaneously is definitely a time saver. So she can actually start styling her hair while it is still damp - a definite advantage. But, at the end of the day, the product fails in one very important way - her curls simply don't last as long as with a regular curling iron. In fact they start coming out within 30 minutes. She can counteract that with a bunch of hairspray but the fact is she doesn't need to do that if she uses a regular iron. So it's a bit of a mixed review - the blow dryer function works great but curling doesn't hold up. This may vary based on your texture and volume of your hair but keep this in mind when you're thinking of buying this product!

As my girls have gotten older and paid a lot more attention to doing their hair, they've been asking for more and more styling products. There are so many out there and while video reviews are helpful, everyone is different. So it's hard to compare when you're not testing yourself. Well, I bit on this Shark FlexFusion because I've seen so many previous Shark hair product reviews that say that they work as well as or better than more expensive sets. I'm glad that I did. My girls love it. They say that it's the best styling tool they've ever used. It's a very effective tool. If you're styling and can't get the look you want, you're wasting a lot of time. Not only are the styling and tools effective, but they're also easy to attach and detach. They said that it takes a little to get used to the controls, but they also called it "user friendly." It gets hot, but not too hot and does not feel damaging to the hair. The one wish that my older daughter had was a diffuser like she has on her blow dryer. But other than that, this is many styling tools in one. I would definitely recommend the Shark FlexFusion.
