    Was a Christmas present for my wife. It replaced an older hair straightener. She mainly uses it to straightener her hair, but has enjoyed the other bonus items for curling. No complaints from her thus far, but has been a few months. Time will tell, but she's happy with this purchase.

    The attachments are nice , & the tool does what I need however it’s way too loud. Especially being right next to my ear. I measured 95db.. that’s loud! You have to switch the curl wraps depending from left to right. I have long hair so the length of the curl attachments could be longer. You also have to hold down the cooling option which doesn’t cool down properly. Takes at least two minutes before you feel any cool air.

    Seems to work as specified: my girlfriend loves it. However, it doesnt want to use the “heat shield” feature, which was apparent when it caused my girlfriends hair to heat up enough to cause the smoke alarm in our room to go off.

    Purchased December of 2024. Broke January 2026. Unit overheats and then shuts off after 30 seconds. Total tech exchanged it and I upgraded to the Glam.

    This hair dryer is great while it lasted. After about 8 months it quit working! He would overheat and no longer turn on. It is very loud and quite heavy! I don't think its worth the price tag on it.

    Wet to dry hair straightener eats. Curls don’t stay in my hair but I use them opposite way to create a blow out look and that eats too.
