Very loud and feels cheap

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didnt like it,i had bought a dyson but i saw that the shark was cheaper so i bought it,testing them sided to side the shark felt cheap and was vety loud next to the dyson.not to menrion if you have damaged hair it will yank it out,if you want to splirdge a little go with a dyson,get your moneys worth

I’ve watched videos but I’m just doing something wrong. I think it’s a great product though! I think it’s just user error.
