The first time I used it, it curled my hair well and it lasted for 12 hours. I have not been able to keep a curl longer than 1 minute since then but did not return the tool. It's a great blow dryer, but the curls are not lasting which is the whole point of the tool. No dust, but the barrels can only grab onto like half inch of hair which isnt great for someone who has long, thick, corse hair. If you have asian hair, I wouldn't recommend this one since it doesn't really work.
